DO NOT EVER HAVE FLOORING INSTALLED BY BETHEL PARK HOME DEPOT!
Craig and Taylor are living a nightmare with the flooring issues that began in October at this Home Depot. To begin with, Craig paid, in full, in October to have flooring done in the house which included steps. Finally, in January, they show up to do the job and rushed it so bad that they screwed up just about every piece of that flooring. Craig has been fighting ever since to get this flooring fixed. It is now June, and a flooring company showed up today went inside looked at the floor went out to their van and took off. No kidding. No explanation. True story. Shortly after they hear from Home Depot saying that these people feel they can’t do the job. How pitiful is that? It’s so screwed up from the people who did it before that another flooring company can’t fix it?
Please share this everywhere until something gets done about it.
I shared Craig Munster’s post with this attachment. This is the post I asked all of my followers to share on a page I am an administrator on with 10,000+ followers. What’s happening with them is ridiculous. Do better.

They sold me the wrong appliances and the wrong piping for my sink. Experts? I think not.

I cannot say enough bad things about my experience buying flooring from this Home Depot. The flooring isn't even installed yet and I'm already regretting giving Home Depot my money. Every employee I've dealt with thus far could not possibly have cared less about me as a customer or my questions and concerns. Management should be ashamed.

This is the 3 weeks (and counting) journey of attempting to purchase a refrigerator. I am posting on behalf of my parents, as they don't have social media. On March 8th, their fridge crapped out. They went to a couple of stores and decided on an LG fridge at this Home Depot. They were told it would take 2 weeks for it to arrive and they had to have a shut off valve for the water line inside. Fine, it was still cold outside that coolers and ice outside could hold some food, an

Visited four times since March, Employees here seem like they're trying their absolute best to help customers out in this season. Sure, their COVID response is weak however as in all major retailers I can't imagine the local branch management having much control over these issues here.

The Home Depot in Bethel Park Park on Oxford Dr. is not enforcing face masks even though the governor mandated masks in public. This store does not care about the health and well-being of you or their employees.

Incredibly disorganized. The procedure they put in place for curbside pick up was half assed at best - there's no phone reception in the parking lot, so in many cases you have to go inside anyway. Although there's a vast amount of product here, they never seem to have quite what you want - no brass cleaner on last visit, and no pool noodles, nor any bulbs for my fixtures, to name just a few items. I really don't enjoy coming here.

I would give this place a lower rating if I could. The processes they've come up with to deal with Covid-19 are straight up dangerous. They have too much stock on the floor at the front of the store to allow room for people waiting in the checkout line while other shoppers try to squeeze by. They have note put directional signs on floors to exert at least a small measure of control on traffic patterns. And the worst part of it all is there method to exposure the long check out line is to have one person walk down the line scanning each individuals shoppers products to reusable gift cards fire easy check out. She handled at least 12 people's products before she got to me so touching the card she handed me was like shaking hands with her and the 12 people in front of me in line. She did not clean her hands a single time and just kept moving on to the 20 people behind me in line!

sunny Saturday everyone goes to home depot. had a line of at least 20 to 30 customers waiting in line. possibly infecting everyone of them. I don't care how many stickers u put on the floor. home depot should have more registers open. Didn't feel like wasting a beautiful day standing in line so I put merchandise back. I will try lowes next time

A few months ago we purchased 2 rooms of carpeting with installation from Home Depot. It's been a nightmare. After the deal was signed they upped the price by $100. When the installer called to set up the appointment they demanded another $100. We paid both increases. On installation day I offered to help remove a 2 piece custom mirror and was waved off by the installers. You can guess what happened next. One mirror was destroyed and the other was damaged. At first ACS said they would handle everything. Then they backed off their promise. Finding a vendor to replicate the mirrors somehow became my problem. Removing the shards of glass also became my problem. Home Depot recommended a vendor to do the whole job. Once the job was awarded the vendor backed off of portions of the job putting me in the uncomfortable position of loading the damaged mirror in my car and drive over 60 miles round trip so they could see exactly what it was they were trying to replicate. During the evaluation the vendor tried to convince me to accept a plain mirror instead. I refused. They then backed out of the deal claiming that their subcontractor couldn't make the mirror. I called the installer and was given another vendor's name. I contacted the other vendor who decided that they were not capable of making the mirror. I found a place who could fabricate the mirror but ACS rejected them because they didn't want to pay for shipping. The first vendor then called and said they found another subcontractor and could do it, but could not deliver or install it. I asked ACS to pay for delivery and installation and they refused. They then demanded that I sign off on the settlement as a condition for them okaying the first vendor before any work was done. I refused until the work was done and proven to be satisfactory. So far it's cost me well over $100 with the potential of several hundred more and I still don't have my mirrors replaced. These people are highly unethical. Don't believe anything they tell you. I don't have the time or space here to cover all the lies I've been told along the way. One vendor recommended by them may have been trying to get me to commit insurance fraud. I didn't bite. There are better reasons for picking a vendor than what appears to be a low initial price. These people are a nightmare.

I have contacted the corporate offices and taken to social media . This store needs to be looked into by the corporate offices . The environment of this store should be ashamed of themselves !! The reason why their customer service is lacking is because internally it's lacking !!! You have a store mgr Ryan, who engages in workplace "bullying" and it filters down to the employees . When contacting the store , Debbie , who I spoke with yesterday felt the need to use the words as aggressive and hostile and to have that shared with me in my conversation with Ryan today . Well, you work in customer service !! You chose to work in retail..... When having discussion about their self appointed employees who feel they are the store MGMT , Skip, Andrew , Connie Jo ...... With crickets as a response . So, no I don't expect the employees of this location to understand what it is to provide customer service when the back of the house is a FAIL . This is just Yelp review that will be excused off as another disgruntled person ,but remember don't expect courtesy when Ryan the manager stands on a mulch pile asking his employees to have a show of hands if an employee will show up today. I'm sure many more won't . Nor will I shop there or anyone else I come in contact with .....to add insult to injury , Ryan , you and your employees can explain to your Corporate headquarters how you just single handidly due to your inability to handle a situation brought to your attention and participation in belittling of an employee cost you 30,000 that was going to be spent at YOUR store because of the employee you and your self appointed critics felt the need to belittle . Pretty hard to take issue to a store mgr about an issue when the person they are to entrust participated .

This is one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful stores ever! We've been in here multiple times and had to leave bc employees avoid eye contact so they don't have to help. This will be my last visit.
