Had a really pleasant experience. We wanted to get an estimate for a countertop for our kitchen. Kevin was very informative and gave us a lot of helpful info along with our estimate. Also at Madi at checkout was also very kind and helpful!

Do not buy windows from here. My girlfriend bought windows from here. She did not want grids in the windows but they put grids in anyway. And said oh well we didnt charge for them . We didnt have windows without grids. Then her one window was the wrong side. They put it in anywhy. All the frame wood is showing and they said too bad. We can give you a quart of white paint. Very unprofessional. Which they get your money its over. No customer service at all.

Tried to buy a piece of acrylic (plexiglass). I asked if they could cut it to size. An employee signaled for help. Another employee came by and told me he could not operate the cutting machine, so he left to get help. 3 additional employees walked past me without comment. After 20 minutes, I left the store without buying anything.

I love Lowes. The paint people that I dealt with were not the best and I prefer the "other place" if I need paint but I'ts a great store. The best thing about it is the bathroom.

I've had many experiences here! Overall I like the store because I go in get what I need then leave! The issue is corporate who I have also contacted! I had a $ 8,000 credit limit with a 26.99% interest rate. I called and asked if they could lower it as home Depot was 25.99%. They said no so no more shopping at Lowe's for me! Now my wife who has a card just received a letter stating the interest rate is going up to 31 % percent and now there will be a $1.99 charge for paper billing! What about people who don't do online billing? I'm one of them. Well we both have almost 850 credit scores and she will be cancelling her card also! Keep up the great work and soon you'll all be closing. Anyone who pays those kinds of interest rates are out of their minds!

Lowe's had 2 pre-hung interior doors under 1sale sign for $91. (Regular price $228). When I took 1 up to the register, I was charged $228 instead of the sale price. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Dave L in the plumbing / refrigerator section, this man really knew his stuff, he hook me up with everything that I needed even though I didn't articulate what I needed very well because I did not know all the products that were available for the situations I had, Dave knew what I was talking about, and he also gave me really helpful tips on the job's I was working on. it's so hard to find good help... I will go to this Lowes from now on with worker's of this caliber.

Fast check out. Two people offered me assistance. One guy in blind area seemed snippy. Asked if they would cut a certain blind. Just said nope and turned around away from us. We visited the Levolor aisle and those they would cut. He never offered this to us nor followed us to see if we needed assistance. We were on a crunch time so we continued shopping, but we’re going to see if Home Depot has the type of blind we were looking for. No one but the two I mentioned above said hello or acknowledged us as customers. I would say management needs to encourage staff to be better. We pay your salaries by purchasing from you.
