Despite my better judgement I used Best Buy to buy a car stereo system and to have it installed. They sold me all the parts required and booked an appointment 4 weeks later for install at their Robinson location. Well they missed a part from the order and couldn't do it - said they can order the part but the next available install is the 15th January 2022. So they screwed up, we drove 20 miles for the install and it's not their problem and they cannot schedule is before that !!!! This is why I was loathe to use them - their customer service remains appalling - how they stay in business is beyond me. This is the last time for me - just warning everyone - the suck!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered! Tried to return a purchase 20 days out. Their policy is only a 15 day return! 15 days??? I tried to explain to them I live 40 minutes away and work 6 days a week. Box was unopened, had a receipt but they refused to help! Manager was incredibly rude and of no help at all! I'll spend my lousy store credit and will NEVER do business here again!!!

Unbelievable! I attempted to call Best Buy yesterday. Best Buy has a message when you call that says they are not taking calls. When I got on Best Buy chat, this is what I was told about that: "That is correct, unfortunately because of the covid-19 the stores has a restriction with the phone calls." You can't catch covid from a phone call. Ridiculous! And frustrating! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Time to sell your Best Buy stock, if you have any. Looks like they'll be going out of business.

Bummed out. I've spent a ton of money at this location. When I was recently looking to add a TV for my fitness room I noticed the same TV was 40 dollars less at a local big box store. Same TV exactly. I was there to just purchase, no help needed. I mentioned this to the manager and just got a huff and was sent back to the big box store. From now on I'll go to the online stores or the big box stores.

Slow service every single time we have been here. Came to put on a screen protector and it took them about 40 minutes to do it. Apparently no one knew how to. Also tried to upgrade a phone and girl had no idea how to do it--went to Sprint instead. Stay away from this place.

One of the best electronic stores in Pittsburgh. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We recently bought appliances for our new home at this location.. they recommended options that would suit our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for buying appliance for their home!!

The Best Buy store in Bethel Park across Alicia Drive from Giant Eagle is my go-to place for anything electronic. I had the good fortune today of being helped by Emily, who found a watchband for my Apple Watch in a few seconds, installed it on my watch, and handled the cash register as well.

We stopped in to purchase wireless earbuds. Although they didn't have what WE were looking for the selection is good. The store was clean and we were asked several times if we needed help. Prices were average for Best Buy as expected. Would revisit this store in the future albeit it's not our home store. Easy to find and easy to find parking.

I've been here a number of times and I can't say I'm all the impressed with the service here. Every time I come here I find it so hard to find someone able to help me. Im not sure if it's the reason that it's kinda tucked away out of sight or the fact that shopping in stores like this is kinda coming to a end with everything being online anymore. Out of maybe three times coming here all being connected to home audio help I was unable to walk out satisfied because the staff where not able to help me or no knowledge of what I'm looking for. I don't even think it's that hard or difficult for what I'm trying to do but clearly google was more help this the staff here. I highly doubt I'll continue to shop here at this location when I would rather drive out of my way to go to another one for more help hopefully.
