When I was placing my order. The girl was rude but when I pay that the window bad girl was excellent. It was my destiny, 334 o'clock.Then when I went to pick up my order. I ordered 2 coffees. 5 cream 10 sugars, we gotta. There was no sugar but it's sound like to me. When I was placing my order that they were having a party in there. How many that's the main problem they're focused. What's a b s with their cells and not take care of the customers

After a very poor experience this morning around 8:45 a.m. with a manager, I ended up having a very dignified professional conversation with a different manager (a wonderful woman who wore a red shirt) and she convinced me customer service does still exist. I appreciate her time and effort to rectify my concerns, I also appreciate the fact that she did not minimize my interaction with the unprofessional manager. Thank you so much.Parking: Its big enough.Kid-friendliness: The play area and bathrooms are always clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Its fair, close to door.

All in all it's a good experience with the food and everything it's just once in a while they'll mess up your order so you got to make sure that you look at your order before you leave and usually somebody that's new it's still learning so I give him the benefit of the doubt but all in all it'

This place is the worst I’ve been to. To start is your hours are wrong. Saids you open at 6am. Feb 7,2024 at 6:10a it was dark other cars already waiting. Same way the other day. Second your food is always cold even when you say it was just made it. Third you come up to the window to pay/ get food and everyone is on there damn phones! Management needs to get fired and hired somebody new in that place. Your employees are not your friends! They are there to work, not talking the phone all day. Also they’re ignorant, rude and disgusting.

Stopped by on late Friday morning for a quick bite and had a terrific experience! Super clean inside, the order was ready and brought out in a few minutes, hot coffee tasted great! (which I'm yet to discover at any other McD location). Special kudos to the guy who brought the order, the friendly attitude was so uplifting, the guy deserves some serious recognition! Overall, beat my original expectations by a mile!Kid-friendliness: They have tables with "Touch2Play PRO" tablets built-in for kids

I ordered inside at the kiosk and wanted it to go. Having to wait for 23 minutes after paying is the longest I have ever had to endure in my lifetime. This is a good indicator of severe leadership deficiencies and am not surprised with the result lack of work ethic.
