“What an absolutely wonderful place. Do not pay attention to the awful reviews. I think these people just expect the world to revolve around them and get upset when they have to realize it doesn't. I had four blood tests and one urine test. I was out in 20 minutes. I read these awful reviews that the place took forever, so you know what I did? I brought school work and a book just in case so I could still get stuff done if needed rather than come on here and complain about having to wait - which just happens in medical places... were these people born yesterday??? I guess bring something to keep busy if the place does end up making a long wait. For me, it was a quick experience and the staff were so kind, helpful, empathetic, and we had some laughs together too. I will definitely be going back here for all my future blood tests. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood, if you do happen to see this THANK YOU!!! I'll be seeing you guys when my next labs need done. :)”
“This is the best place for this Service in the Pittsburgh area. Easy walk ins, I use it for drug screening before I start on construction jobs usually takes ten minutes.”

“I recently had a horrible experience at the Moon Quest location. My doctors office helped me find the one in Robinson. From the first visit, I was extremely pleased. I was welcomed and taken care of. The last visit stands out as I wasn't able to locate my script for my bloodwork. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, they patiently waited while I got my doctors office on the phone and took the order verbally. I was so happy that I didn't have to go back and they could take care of everything I needed. Would highly recommend this location (Campbell's Run Road).”

I forgot my paperwork and she looked it up on the computer, I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend this location”

“This was my first visit to this Quest location since the one closer to my house was booked up when I needed a last minute blood test before an infusion but this one had openings, which I reserved on line. I was worried about parking since it was located in a congested part of Oakland but it turned out to have abundant free parking. The facility is clean and well managed, I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in electronically, then was called exactly at my appointment time. The phlebotomist was friendly and very efficient -- I didn't even feel the needle and there was no bruising afterwards. My test results were sent to my doctor within just a few hours. As usual with Quest, excellent service! I wish the rest of the places and practitioners I have to deal with in my health care experiences were as well-run and treated their clients as respectfully as Quest Diagnosis always does.”

“Highly recommend this location!!!!I brought my 10 yr old son for bloodwork for the first time ever this morning, and it was an awesome experience. The phlebotomist (can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful she explained everything and she was very light hearted and made my very scared son, feel less scared. She joked with my son and made him feel at ease. As soon as I walked in she was very pleasant and friendly, and I knew he was in good hands. I will be coming here for both my children for lab work. If your child needs blood drawn and you don’t want to make the trip to Childrens Hospital, this is the place to go.”

“I like Walgreens as it is convenient for me. I was in the need of Centrum vitamins. Big huge store well laid out and very friendly cashiers. I have been in several times and there is always someone to help find you something if you cant find it yourself. I find the prices fine and the service excellent. One thing I like about Walgreens over CVS is that I can use Apple pay.”

“Reserving online is easy and excellent -- I showed up, checked in, and got called next when there was a full waiting room. My phlebotomist did a quick and skilled job of finding the right vein and collecting samples. I *hate* getting blood drawn, and this was actually a very pleasant experience.”
