My experience here was so wonderful. The owner is so kind and helpful. He guided me through my return and helped also package up my usps return with a mailer and a printed label. The other staff were also super helpful. I will continue to make this my shipping store!

We had the pleasure of coming in on a Saturday in December to work with the owner on a notary. He was simply WONDERFUL. He was multitasking and in that environment - a never ending line, customers with returns that needed further assistance, laminations, etc.. there was A LOT going on and both workers stayed cool and calm and took care of everyone. Very pleased. We got everything done quickly and it was just a very pleasant experience. Will always come to this location.

I recently visited the UPS Store, and I must say the associates were incredibly helpful in finding a package I had shipped. They were patient and went above and beyond to assist me. However, I feel bad for the associates having to deal with an obnoxious old lady who refused to understand that if she wanted to do an Amazon return, she had to start it on her account. Despite that, the UPS Store staff remained professional and courteous throughout. Kudos to them for their excellent service!

My return to Amazon never made it. The tracking number they gave me didn't show anything on the UPS website. I was told to call Amazon.

The associate working with me didn’t understand anything I said. Everything has to be repeated several times, even a zip code. I very clearly stated that I had 3 separate transactions as I needed separate receipts for each of them and she still tried to bunch them all together. When I said I needed a receipt for the first package sent she said “but you have more”. I then had to say yet again that they were all separate transactions. The first package I sent I had no issues with. The second package didn’t get sent out until yesterday even though I was there in the morning and they had several trucks coming before the end of the day. The third package was lost before it even left the building. When I called to check on it yesterday they couldn’t even find the box because it had been pushed off to the side apparently and no one scanned it. Just found out this morning that it was put with the air transport packages at midnight and even though it is supposed to stay in PA and only go a short distance, it is now in Wisconsin. It needed to be delivered asap and now it won’t be there until Monday at the earliest. I went to this location because I needed to drop off an Amazon return and I figured it would just be easiest. Never again. The service was ridiculous and while I was being waited on, there was another lady who was elderly that came in and needed a box to ship something and the girl waiting on her was so snobby. It broke my heart to see how the elderly lady was treated. She didn’t understand how the boxes worked and all the associate cared about was being able to go back in the back room and do god knows what.

They lost my package before it even left the counter... I've had good experience with this UPS store in the past but my most recent experience was far from the same. I needed to send some auto parts I sold to Georgia. When I dropped them off at the store he asked me, "Would you like to insure the package for more than $100 if it gets damaged or stolen?" (Note he didn't say lost...) I said no and they never asked me how much it was worth. A few days later, the buyer noticed the tracking number wasn't coming up. I called the store and sure enough, it had been lost. There was over a month of back and forth, I visited the store multiple times, getting a different story every time. At one point they told me a claim had been filed and just needed to be approved. I asked them how they knew the full value of the package and said they had gotten the rescript from the buyer. "So the full $800?" I asked. "Yes." He said. Well, another few weeks later and I get a check in the mail for only $100 plus the shipping cost... I do not do business with businesses that refuse to right their wrongs. Oh and for the record, I called another UPS store and explained the situation to gain some insight as to what went wrong. They told me if the tracking number never came up, it was most likely never scanned in from the beginning... I ship quite a bit of parts and one thing is for sure, this store lost a lot more than $800 in business from me and my circle of people.
