I brought in a package that was returned to me after shipping it and waited for over 20 minutes for them to “look into it”. Stood at the counter while no one else was even in the place. Finally a guy came out, didn’t have any answers and had to ship it again. Made no sense.

I don't get some of the reviews here, people seem to complain about the most petty things. They've always been good to me. I've had a couple issues or missing items across the years but they were always helpful in finding them and everything typically got resolved. I stick with USPS because even if the prices have gone up, the price still can't be beat from competitors in most cases. Thank you!

In case anyone was unaware the bethel park post office DOES NOT have to deliver certified mail. They are not required to get out and come to your door to attempt to deliver even tho the paper they fill out says they “attempted “ delivery . Formal complaints filed twice in a year and the supervisor laughs and has every excuse as to why they are not required to . Says they “should “ get out and knock on your door but they are not “required” to. You can kindly come to the post office at our inconvenience or sign the paper “if “ you receive it before the final attempt .

I work for a crime watch in Allegheny County and stopped by as usual to buy stamps. A Minority as well. Wearing all black because of the Uniform I had on. Was looked and greeted with dirty look...Insulted...And when I asked her is there an issue? She said I should be carried out in a body bag? The 2 ladys next to her were stunned and they were white. And she is a black like myself. I don't understand if you are a Federal Employee what makes you think you can say things like that to people? Maybe she does not value her JOB much? 15102 Bethel Park PA. Thank you.

Worst post office ever! Staff is usually rude and unhelpful. Post office website says open. Drive all the way and it's closed for no reason. Tried to call beforehand after being prompted to put in my zip it gave a robot response that provided no option to speak to a real person. No issues here will be fixed since it's a gov business and they don't actually need to make money.

Used to be a good post office to go to, but made things incredibly impossible to navigate there. They harass customers but yet if customers were to do that to the , it would be a felony

I made a passport application/photo appointment. I arrived early and waited as the clerk made quick work of the line. I waited another minute to be helped by Vilma, who was very helpful and patient. She explained everything perfectly and made the task a breeze.

harassed by both employees for bringing in multiple packages without a scan sheet?? the place was completely empty besides me. just scan my 6 packages without giving me a hard time.

This is a good post office for in-store service. Staff is knowledgable and friendly and the store has allot of services including passport service. Got my passport through this branch and it was hassle-free. If you gotta go to the Post Office this is the one to go to.

They give an appointment for passport application and I have been there and hand me an application and told me to fill and bring back . My point is they didn’t help me fill my application but they waisted my time by making me to make and appointment .

Nice and friendly staff. They always have enough people behind the desk to keep the lines moving. We went there to apply for a new passport for our kiddo and they made it easy. They were quick and made the process a breeze.
One thing that can use some improvement is the parking lot. It's way too congested and getting in and out is a hassle. The entry from South Park Road is a bit confusing as the "Do not Enter" signs got twisted and they cast a doubt if we are entering the wrong way. I hope they get this fixed soon.
The drive through mailbox line can sometimes get long and block the traffic in the parking lot.
