I do not recommend going here. I arrived for my appointment and the nail tech woman who sits closer to the door in front was with a different customer. When the customer left, the tech did not clean the table or dust off the nail scum from her previous customer, sat me down, and got started - I was there for a fill, she did not cut down cuticles or remove the dry skin on my nails and she didn't use UV to dry the acrylic. The acrylic was so poorly placed that it is chipping and not even close to my cuticle which after 5 days, my nails look like they are overgrown and need to be filled again. The polish dried with bubbles and lumps. She left polish all over my skin. The dremmel and nail tools looked like they have not been sanitized, replaced, or cleaned in months. They had no air conditioner on, it was 90 degrees in there. If you want cheap, this is the place to go.. you certainly get what you pay for and I will not return.

I went to A.D. nails for the first time today. Alanna did a fantastic job! The gel manicure is perfect. She was very personable and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Favorite place to get my nails done for the last 5 years. BUT they need a better system for tracking people. I arrived at 3:15 and was told it would be about an hour wait. By 4:50, I couldn't wait any longer, and I'd watched a total of five more people come in - two with appointments and 3 walk-ins. I completely expect the appointments to be taken back first, but I'm not sure why two of the walk-ins were taken ahead of me. I also don't understand the purpose of the check-in computer when it's not being checked or used to maintain order.

This was my first time at this salon. I am soooo happy I found it! Daniel gave me a perfect gel manicure AND even cleaned up my cuticles which most places don’t do with gel manicures. Alanna gave me a spa pedicure with regular polish. She gave me an awesome leg/foot massage, a packet of lotion to bring home, and added time to the massage chair to ensure my relaxation while she worked. My toes look great and I am sooo relaxed. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!! I highly recommend!!

Overall they did a good job on my new acrylic set. But had an appt for 2:00. Got there around 1:50(always early) after awhile a guy told me to take a seat in the chair , so I did. Like 10 mins later he said it give us like 10 mins, so I did. And she did not start my nails until like 2:30 almost. Making appointments there are apparently aren’t necessary cause they never follow. If I didn’t want my acrylics back on I would have just left. First and last time.

Would NOT recommend. Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment, when I got there they seemed like they had no clue and then just walked away to the back. About 10 minutes later a lady told me to sit in a chair. After 20 minutes of my appointment being passed, I just left. Terrible customer service.
