Awful. I've called AAA 5 times in the past 2 hours since I broke down. They still can't tell me when a tow truck will be coming. Can't tell me what company will be coming. I've been a premier member for 36 years.

I have to give this company a bad review. My agent was very responsive & available while trying to make the sale. After the sale she has disappeared. Does not respond to messages left on her voice mail. I was over charged for the life insurance policy she sold and I can get no answers as to why. I tried calling the AAA customer support number listed on the policy and they told me they did not have this agent listed & therefore could not help me. What do you do when the national AAA tells you they do not know this agent and cannot not help? Now I am not sure if the policy this agent sold is even valid.

I met with Travel agent Gina Piazza for assistance with planning a trip out west for my wife and I later this year. Gina could not have been more helpful. She treated me like family and went beyond my expectations. I am most grateful!

Horrible service. I went there a month ago. Paid for membership, asked for car insurance quote and a map. They charged for membership but I’ve yet to hear from anyone nor received a member ID.What’s the number for a live person who’s can handle this issue?

AAA towed my car...some how front bumper got taking off,,, ,now they won't even take my phone call....just put me on hold for 15 mins then keep hanging up.....

Monday, 8/2/2021. Our truck suddenly lost all gears!! Wheels locked. Called for assistance at 4pm. Truck to be there at 6:03. 7:15 we call again. Call was cancelled since driver went to Bethlehem Township and not the City of Bethlehem. (We gave the correct address and informed them that we were right next to City Hall). NO UPDATED CALL FROM AAA. 7:50 we have a tow truck. He’s going to tow it with dollies. We stated we needed a flat bed. Driver makes it approximately 1000fe

Wow! I completed my transactions quickly and without any stress. The AAA reception staff were e extremely professional and very kind. The AAA Branch Specialist, Blanca Nieves was on the ball, with excellent knowledge and completed my required paperwork quickly. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at this AAA location.
