I give 4stars cause no overnight parking or restrooms. However i had a 10am appt arrived & was givin a door immediately & was unloaded full truck in 17mins. It wasn’t tight at all maybe the 1st 8docks idk it was plenty of room for me n dock 4. Thanks. I will come back again with no problems

Tight turns to get there once you leave US22, enough room to back in the doors, 2 - 3 hour load/unload times, not the worse, not the best.

Make sure you have at least 1/2 tank of fuel. They will ask. It's kind of tight but manageable. Arrived at appointment time and given door immediately and loaded in under 1 hr.

Drop and hook was easy. But other drivers were live loads waiting for their turn for more than 5 hours. Very tight backing

the guard was professional. the yard
jockey was helpful. the two females inside shipping and receiving at 9:30pm thursday were not professional or polite. customer service training needed. sad.

I read the reviews & was immediately thinking this was bad load to pick up.WRONG!This is a smaller Khuene & Nagel warehouse & I suggest arriving closer to your appointment due to limited dock availability & no place to park at the facility if you arrive too early.Side Street parking isn't recommended b/c police patrol & ticket drivers.Yet you can try your luck if,they will take you early.You need license to check in.Yes they do have you fill out a form that asks general questions about your truck make & plate #, if you carry gps, your eta & if you plan on stopping, etc...along with your contact & dispatch contact or you don't get your b.o.l.sI chalk it up to theft, load security & on time delivery.My appointment was 1300, I was able to get in a dock at 12pm and I was out 1300. Shipper seals trailer.My experience was not bad & the form didn't bother me b/c I filled it out as I was being loaded.Once you turn on Fritz Dr warehouse is at stop sign @ end of road on left.
