I received the ArtSkills Mythical Wolf for Christmas and discovered it was missing a color of diamonds i needed. I emailed the company and Marjorie helped me with my issue and was very nice to deal with. My replacement diamonds have been mailed and I'm very happy with the customer service I received ☺

Customer service was excellent! I love creating my diamond painting project. When I had an issue of dropping & losing my gems, the wonderful customer service team helped me obtain more of the one color I was missing. I will be completing more ArtSkills projects in the future.

Amazing customer service, I was missing some instructions, sent an email to the company, and got them the next day :)
