Zavier was amazingly helpful! Came in to fix a SIM card issue and left with new phones and switched our internet over. He did the phone transfers for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Traded in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for a iPhone 15 pro max. The $1000 credit was never applied. It’s been 5 months. Corporate, the store and back office still giving me the run around placing the blame on each other. $1000 down the drain.

I had a very good experience with the AT&T store, on Nazareth Pike, in Bethlehem PA. Zavier was very knowledgeable and helpful in my new phone purchase, and service contract, for a new iPhone 15, which has replaced my Tracfone iPhone SE, and my Tracfone Service. My phone works great, and I am very pleased with my purchase!

We stopped in this morning 8/24 because my son needed to upgrade his phone. Andrea was the only person working and on a busy Saturday at that. She handled herself very well, managed everyone and took control. She’s very customer service oriented, calm and treated us very well. As someone in business, I was very impressed with the dedication of this person. Andrea is a rockstar and AT&T is very lucky to have someone like her in today’s job market.
