If I could give this bank less than one star, I would. I came in to dispute a transaction, as my rent payment was taken out twice. I was met by the most patronizing, rude woman who talked down to me like I was a child. I am a professional 32 year old woman. She wouldn’t let me speak, didn’t offer to help at all, didn’t apologize that a hardship happened, and then smiled, talking through her teeth at me, while trying to tell me how to call Bank of America. This was in front of other workers and customers. She publicly embarrassed me to the point that it caused a panic attack when I returned to my car. I feel shamed and humiliated. This woman needs to be removed from a customer facing role, as she obviously does not know how to empathize when a person is calmly in front of her, asking for help. Her name is Charon and I truly hope she knows how horrific her actions were and is reprimanded. I’d advise anyone to avoid this person at all costs unless you like being treated like a 2 year old for no reason.

I have been to this branch a couple of times in the past few years and met with Charan each time. She helped with everything I needed to accomplish at my appointments and was able to answer all my questions, which I certainly had a good amount of.

Why have a phone when no one answers? You only get 2 choices 1 to hear bank hours or 2 to get other locations that also don't answer the phone.

* Okie client interactive service.* Does what I wanted to do ASAP in a timely manner for me here.Seems like a pretty average experience. Not bad I'd say. Was lucky going in low volume times.Guess key thing is, be considerate like a good human being, and things would go smoothly. Think there's still a chance that they may be questionable or bad tho. X3I'd still recommend a different kind of bank. I personally won't wanna take any chances from them because of some of my past bad experiences, them a branch as a whole. I'd likely completely move away from them. ?♀️

The manager at this location refused to cash a check of mine because she "couldn't verify certain aspects of the check" for a tiny job I was doing for a personal friend. I had the friend on the phone and she still wouldn't cash it. Completely unessecary, bitter, unhappy woman flexing her small amount of power on random people for no reason.

Bad experience I had ever!!! I have a check from other bank, they didnt give me my money. They were not trying to solve out my issue. I will cancel my all credit card from this bank! Do not go there. Pathan was my cashier, she is worst cashier ever, she said speak with my manager but manager didn’t take care of it!! Worst branch and bank ever!! EMPLOYEE ARE NOT PRACTİCAL!! I regret to work with bank of america, ıt is just time consuming work with this bank!!
