This bank is pathetic beyond words. They didn't send us ATM bank cards and the ones we had expired. I called them on the phone to order and they wanted to know the last transaction to my account. I don't do online next banking so I couldn't provide that information. I advised I could giv her my name, address, account number and my mother's maiden name but no, that wasn't good enough for her. I was told have to go in person and show my drivers license. I work all week and this location isn't open on Saturday's so I have to go out of my way to go to one of their other bank locations that is further away. How is this customer service. Well it isn't. Now that Truist took over this bank down right sucks. I'm definitely changing banks.

All banking intuitions have flaws, but some do hold themselves accountable when they make an error or are able to see the larger picture when addressing a customer service issue. This is not one of those places. Don't trust your assets or your financial future to BB&T.

This the worst BB&T I have ever been to. It is close to my work so its at a convenient location however the amount of time I have waited there just about every time I go is insane. They always take forever and have no apologies, its very frustrating and inconvenient.
