I called and ask for early check in , they told me no worry we got you ! Hotel was empty I can tell by looking on parking lot ! But lady on front desk made me wait more than an hour ! People like that can’t be working in hospitality service ! I mention I’m was driving all night ! She just ignored me !

Was threatened to get out by guy at front desk, Werner put me in a room here and the lady when I checked in said they were sold out and they put me in a double room for 2 and to check in morning, so I did and when talking to guy I simply stated I’m suppose to be in a single he said Werner didn’t put me down for a single I said ok let me call and then I stated to him they were going to correct it and I won’t be in a double , then he said well u can just get out and deal with Werner I’m like wow and the whole time amongst talking he was rude, note I’m a cancer patient and he was aware but his attitude wasn’t called for

My family and I stayed as part of a lacrosse tournament. We arrived late and I asked about changing rooms - I was told no they were sold out.
Upon entry to the room, found a dirty bathroom. Soap still in the shower from the person before and behind the toilet was a plastic knife with either chocolate or poop- your guess is as good as mine.
I spoke to the front desk and got a discounted rate and conveniently, an offer to change rooms- this was at 7:30 am (where at 11 pm the night before nothing was available. ). The evening front desk girl is not helpful.
We moved to a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. This was at 7:30 am. We left for the day. Arriving back at 10:40 pm exhausted, I called the front desk for sheets for the pull out couch. We were a 3 person reservation. Same evening staff told me no. Claimed she and a security guard were the only staff and no access to housekeeping. “Ma’am, it’s 11 pm and our hotel is full. There’s no one from housekeeping to get you anything “ This was a Saturday night with a full hotel and no one can access extra sheets, towels or pillows ??
My son was to sleep on a dirty pull out mattress with no sheets pillow or blankets. No where was I told there was a cut off time for housekeeping. My son slept in his tracksuit.
Again, to the front desk in the morning. Luckily they removed the room charges without an argument, I did appreciate that. Sometimes it’s not worth saving the money in exchange for these situations.

Location is good, breakfast was good but I will not return to this place, bathroom has mold, the pillows smell really bad house keeping didn’t clean the room and I have a lot of bed bugs bites.

Hotel breakfast was meh it was a typical American breakfast, hotel staff was constantly changing pithier mood Maggie was a sweet staff member but showed anger and rage several times Sydney was a sweet and kind staff member she was very welcoming and nice the time of the year I went happened to be when they were having a Shilow shepherd
dog show ,the show was interesting! Our room was 258 a LONG walk from the lobby there was NO ELEVATOR and definitely don’t recommend for people with many luggage. The hotel it’s self was old but quite LOVED the kitchen staff

Dated hotel; but no chef shows up for breakfast so they served no food. How hard is it for staff to make eggs and heat up sausage? Didn’t even keep the bagels replenished.

The hotel is pretty dated. The rooms seemed clean. The ceiling is rough. The rooms look like they were updated but cheaply. Breakfast was listed open until 10 on Sundays but I went down at 8:45 and there was no hot food. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it got the job done.

Last minute booking that could accommodate pets - that was a plus. Unfortunately, this is an old place in dire need of refreshing. While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was similar to an old Motel 6 or Red Roof with noisey halls all night long. Then the cook never showed up for the "full breakfast" so you got cerial & bagels until they ran out.

Dirty old hotel. I don't care if they are low cost and old, but should be clean! Is the minimum!! All the halls were dirty, the floor was horrible dirty, I put my towel on the floor for 2 seconds and when I grab it it was black.

The hotel is dark, has a moldy smell, and has no elevator.
Rooms: Didn't like. Dusty with ripped curtains.

Our room was laid out well and spacious, but just gross. It wasn’t clean AT ALL. I mean the only reason we didn’t immediately leave is because nowhere else around here offered later check out like we needed. The head board of the bed had sticky handprints all over it and a spill that ran down the side into the floor. (I cleaned the handprints before I thought to take a picture, we got here really late to check in and were ready to sleep.) The shower was gross. There was some type of filth on the doors. No elevators. The location is very secluded, nothing to do and nowhere to go without driving. The only plus to that is not hearing traffic. The girl at check in when we got here late was nice and helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free.

Walkability: There is nothing within safe walking distance.

OMG!! Breakfast was ok, your basic hotel breakfast. The room itself was nice, but you can tell the housekeeping is a major joke. Didn’t clean the bathroom, puke still on the toilet, left over wash clothes that were still on the shower rod. The hallway carpet is old as the building. The useless ice machine produces zero ice. DON’T COME HERE!!!!!! Went to the front desk & the incompetent person had no fresh linens to give. At this garbage pit makes you turn in your linens to get fresh ones.

The manager, Kevin terrorized me by charging large amounts to my account while I was there and lying about it. Then after I left he charged a large amount to my account. I called to ask about it today and the desk clerk said he wasn't there and he would be gone for at least a week or two. Through the entire ordeal I never said an unkind word. Rectified?
