First off, I would like to say that anything related to my immediate family is my concern (owner of the dealership) so do not tell me it is not my problem when I attend with my family. Just as if your wife was having a major surgery the physician would not go to you and say I am not talking to you because, you are not my customer/patient. You would like to know any problems or concerns as it is your family. Secondly, for being the owner of the location you seemed to have very little knowledge on staff whereabouts, and even location of the keys for the vehicle when you threatened us, and told us to leave. The transaction needs to have some merit, and respect which seems to lack, and judging by the reviews I can see why. Your employee offered things with the vehicle is on them, and when we called to check on the warranty we were not in the system which is something that will be taken care of as well. Taking a car in twice, and having no work done on it as it was promised to be done correctly in the first place is mind boggling. When we call to speak to you due to the length of duration for the fixing of the car no need to hang up abruptly. This review is a formality, and as a service for the customers in the future. All I would say is no recommendation to do business with this dealership or lack thereof. Owner of the dealership, if you do not see your employees at least stepping in for you to dissolve the situation it says a lot about your character. Please look at that, my fathers interaction with I am sure the other employees even in his upset state was at least with some respect.

Thought we got a great deal since they were going out for business but it turned out the car had issues and the owner was super rude and made racial implications calling us you people when we called back asking about the warranty.

If you risk buying from them go over everything 3 or 4 times and make sure there's nothing they are hiding from you they told me the truck I bought was just inspected on the way home the alternator went out so I took it to my garage to double check everything and there was multiple thing that should of prevented it from passing inspection. Also I did get the warranty but of course everything wrong with it wasn't covered by the warranty.

Don't buy a car from these guys. I bought a car from them for over 5 thousand dollars and less than a month later it needs a 5 thousand dollar transmission.

My son and husband drove over an hour to purchase his very first car with his own money, took his time looking around and comparing. The salesman, Tony, was very nice and helpful. After test driving and deciding which car was best for him went to sit down with the salesman to discuss options. Out came the owner, Jack, flipped out on my husband for being there for 2 hours and having to talk it over with the wife, telling him to grow a pair and made it a horrible experience for my son to witness.Didn't even get a chance to purchase. Not a family dealership or family friendly. Salesman was fine, the owner has no compassion, courtesy or care for the public. If you have to take your time in looking at the cars or have a discussion with your husband/wife before purchasing don't bother going here. Apparently as others state in the google reviews, the owner is known for flipping out on customers on a regular basis. Worst experience especially if you are a young driver and it's your first time purchasing a car with your hard earned money. Don't bother wasting your money on a place that has no care for humanity, you will find that car somewhere else with a good experience. Not worth a 1 star.

On 10/12/20 I purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage from Bethlehem Auto Sales. On 10/13/20 I noticed the car whistles with acceleration. On 10/14/20, after driving the car for approximately 50 miles, the check engine light came on. I return the vehicle and was told by the mechanic that “all turbo engines whistle.” Yeah sure they do. After stating I don’t want the car because the engine light came on within 48 hours of owning it, the owner came out of his office shouting obscenities at me and threatening to drag me by my hair off his property.

I worked remotely with Josh to set up and confirm an appt. We worked with Tony on site and had a great experience in person with Tony and via email with Josh. I would recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle. We drove 90 minutes for our appt, and were treated well during the process.

Everyone here at Bethlehem auto sales are truly amazing. I bought a Ford F-150 for an amazing price and they are willing to work with you. The truck had a little unknown problem and they found it and fixed it for me. Josh was very polite and a grate sales rep. Definitely look into buying a car with Bethlehem auto sales.

After spending every Saturday for 6 weeks looking, we finally found the one. Josh was so nice and when the price came up a little too high for my grandson, he worked with us. My first pleasant experience in buying a car! Ask for Josh, he’s great!
