I had the worst experience ever at this place. First time here as my regular was closed and I was traveling next day. I walked in no one greeted me. I finally saw the desk that said reception I walked over there explained I need pedicure and manicure. The guy looked at me with furrowed brows and disgust while looking at the clock and basically was saying no. The said we can only do 1. I asked well can you do my nails at the same time while doing my feet. Finally they reluctantly agreed. While getting my feet done I saw one of the workers massaging a white customer’s shoulders while she was drying her nails. Basically she’s getting the royal treatment while I’m being treated like I’m not welcome. Never again !! No one said bye to me when I was leaving either. Unprofessional. Rude. Unkind.

For the past couple visits I’ve been noticing how they are tentative to certain people today I walked in to get a pedicure and manicure I was not greeted. I was told to sit on a pedicure chair with no plastic just sitting there for 20 minutes before someone came. My toes were finally done. Sat in a manicure chair for an additional 10 minutes before, I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes to get my nails done because there’s one lady who had an appointment??? like what that has to do with the other six people that was sitting around? Me being the only woman of color just sitting there I felt some kind of way . You were very tentative to all the others. so I’m not going back there and I do not recommend this place. Their attitudes are nasty and they pick and choose they wanna be friendly with.

This place used to be good but fell way off. I went there on Saturday, the guy that did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. Left gel nail polish stuck to my skin and did not clean my toes up for the price I was charged. I will never go here again and don’t waste your time because they’ll do a sloppy job and it’ll be a waste of money.

Went for a pedicure to treat myself before surgery. Highly recommended! Lots of nail colors to choose from, lots of different sevices. The different pedicures they offer are divine. I highly recommend!

This place is dirty! I’m not one to leave a review. However the place I normally go to could not get me in today. I regret not waiting. Even the rug is not vacuumed. As soon as I put my feet in the water it felt slimy and my feet started itching to the point I almost wanted to just walk out. Hours later and my feet still itch. I did not see them even attempt to clean the pedicure spa. I see other people commenting on the tips here. The lady asked me if I was going to leave a tip or not but didn’t think to ask me why i didn’t leave a tip I would have gladly expressed this feedback to them. The lady also stood over my shoulder watching to see how much I would tip her very unsettling and not classy. I also own a spa business and I would never treat customers this way!

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now I just love their pedicure spas. I think they’re probably the best they give you a lot of things now. It does cost money but if you want good service, you have to pay for good service.

I understand the frustration of people not tipping since that probably is a norm for them but being greedy and asking for tips even just for an eyebrow touch up is ridiculous. THEN they pick and choose who they massage after service, which is most likely the elderly women because they think they know they’ll give more…

I got seat right away but it took so long to actually get them done. I wanted a grey color and they tried talking me into cat eye while they were getting painted I tried telling her k didn’t like. Not at all the color I wanted. Now I have to go pay for a color change elsewhere. So unsatisfied and will never go there again

I always get great service from this nail salon! Everyone is always so welcoming and kind, and they're willing to try out the designs I request of them. I love you Bethlehem Nail & Spa :)
