Place has Oriental cockroach went to buy a couch on 12/22/24 and the sticker on the bottom of the couch had roaches...... Going out of business or not i don't recommend shopping at this location photo showing it

Store is nice I suppose. But today I met the rudest sales person in ages - Amy ( with short black hair). Made an order for a pickup, called from curbside spot using instructions on the sign, she took forever to find my order in the system and it’s not super busy, there were 2 another cars on the parking lot for the whole store.
Then when she found it she said I have to come in to store to get it and dropped the phone ( like literally dropped the call). I ordered 4 dining chairs so it’s not I could carry them out in the shopping bag. So I took my little kid, went to the store and got that same attitude, told me to go to the back door to get my order and a sign to shut up when I asked where is that back door. Damn. Don’t work in customer service if you hate servicing customers

7-2-24 should say open til 8:45 pm instead of 9pm when it's supposed to be opened to

It's ok. Nothing to brag about. Only 1 cashier active, 1 salesperson attentative. Store was clean, has some descent stuff, but needs improvement in customer service all the way around.
