I attempted to go to the store this Sunday 10/6/24 to purchase a new phone and upgrade my plan. No signs on the door informing the public of them being closed. Spoke to customer service and was told the required hours of operation was 10-5 and yet here they r closed at 4 pm with nothing. Boost mobile as a whole has HORRIBLE customer service and don't care about their customers even remotely close to what they claim to do!

Experience was amazing. I had so many issues with my last phone because I tried Mint mobile. Came in here and never regretted it since. She does such and amazing job, Thank You for everything, South 4th Street Bethlehem is the best place to go.

So far the best experience I’ve had, the associate that help me, Maureen refused to let me leave the store unsatisfied, stood there for the whole 5 hours of run around that we got from Verizon until everything was figured out! She was very kind and respectful. Give her a raise
