I was charged for the whole month when I only used 4 days of storage. I was told to wait for a refund and after weeks waiting, now they are telling me that I will not receive any refund.

I don't think I'll ever use this facility again for the simple fact that the gal that manages the storage facility is quite rude. I was there after the office business hours getting some things from my unit. I noticed she had just pulled up so I hopped out of my vehicle to ask her a 3 second question. She flat out refused to answer my question and gave me a huge attitude and tossed her keys in disgust. Listen lady, you live where you work... you should expect this. it's call customer service and you suck at it! I'll get a POD next time and save myself the hassle of having to deal with someone so ignorant.

Never again will I rent here..... everyone (literally) was charged to their card a month early.... after 2 weeks to get the money back and 3 weeks and 7phone calls later I'm still waiting on my reimbursement on overdraft charges.... you rent from budget. U-Haul processes payment. So when asked if overdraft fees can be credited to my rent instead of reimbursed. Budget tells me nothing can be credited because U-Haul does the billing. So after I called U-Haul billing. They proceeded to tell me they can't credit nothing because they just collect the money. If you enjoy roundabout answers and nothing but a hard time by all means rent from here. Otherwise do yourself the biggest favor and find somewhere else. Because here you will pay a premium for unit and get nothing but the runaround. Moving all my stuff to different storage facility now.
