Started banking at Chase when I lived in Texas. Transferring to the Bethlehem location was easy. Same great service, and anytime I have a question, they are quick to answer and in terms I can understand. Best bank I have ever had!

I absolutely love this location and the entire crew of staff apart of it. As a weekly regular, every SINGLE time I walk in, the entire staff stops what they are doing to greet me with a smile. I’ve never been in a bank with such stellar customer service and having 4 businesses that use Chase - I’ve been to quite a few Chase branches. This location trumps the others by a long shot in customer service. After moving to Bethlehem from NJ a year ago, I was stoked to see that one was opening near my home so I did not have to commute, and these guys do not disappoint. Thank you guys for holding my hand for my most recent business startup, and special shout out to Derek for going above and beyond today to get my back end issues ironed out.
