I've been a customer for three or four years . The first time I ordered, I received an extra box of cigars. I was going to return them and spoke with someone to start the process. About four hours later, while talking with my wife, she said to buy them. I called again and kept them. They charged my card. I ordered three more times. The cigars arrived extremely fast so I have no problems with CI. Just made an order yesterday and they're on the way as of last night or this morning . Oh, yes, I have two addresses one in Mo. And one in S. Fla. No problem with shipping. They've been sent to the proper address each time.

STAY VERY FAR OF THIS PLACE CIGARS ARE DESCENT. PRICES ARE GOOD. BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I PAYED A XTRA $11 SO I CAN GET MY ORDER FAST. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE. CALLED @ 8AM IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL. I SPEND ABOUT 4OO A MONTH. BY BY CI!!!!

Certain companies owned by them are great. Fast shipping, etc. Some are down right horrible. Their pipes and cigars site is abysmal.
Placed a large order, and then nothing. couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone or e-mail. Finally go through 3 weeks after order was placed and it is customer service in India. They have almost zero ability to help you. Turns out they cancelled my order because of failed age verification. I've ordered from CI companies multiple times, including the same week I placed an order at pipes and cigars.
They never informed me that they cancelled it, and then the rep on the phone said they wouldn't honor any of the sale items since it would be a new order. Told them to just keep my order cancelled. Buyer beware.

Watch for specials and package deals as they are then competitive. Shipping and discount for military service are very much appreciated. Need to step up the customer service in this environment to keep competitive. Overall, it is good company with room to become great...

I was hesitant after reading some reviews but I ordered (deal was too good to pass up) on Thursday May 30th and received my order today June 1st, with just paying for regular shipping!! I did notice that some complaints are about age verification but I did that after I ordered, so no problem there. I was very happy with my first experience with CI!! If that continues, I will be a regular customer.

Some of these reviews are crazy. The truth is, Cigars International is outstanding. I've been ordering from them for 10+ years and never had a single lost shipment, screwed up order, nothing, to include many shipments to locations overseas. I fact, when I've chosen standard shipping, the cigars usually arrive long before I expected, and next business day is always there when it's supposed to be. The ONLY problem I've had is sometimes they don't have the cigars I want in stock, but there's always another option I can find! Thanks CI, you save me from substandard or overpriced local shops.

I often go there to drop off belongings to my significant other. But from what I understand and what I was told I've only ever been in there one time if you're interested in cigars or a place to work and then I guess it's a place to go

The cigars I've received from CI, were cracked. Not even a month in the humidor could save them. Attempted to smoke one, couldn't finish it. I thought that CI was a good business but was proven wrong once more. No humidification whether in 5 packs or boxes. The value was cheap. Service wasn't that great to begin with. I've taken this as a lesson learned.

I’ve been buying from CI for a couple years with no problems. Today I got a payment email for an order. I’ve made no recent orders. Checking further I see that I’m being charged for Puro Perks. I have no idea what that is but there’s been a charge every month since April. I emailed customer service at CI. I’m interested in there response.Reading other reviews this seems to be wide spread.

Scamming / phishing emails that trace back to this business and address. - SCAMMERS - They are running B2B billing scams out of this office. they are sending out emails to companies stating that they are about to process an invoice that they owe you, and ask you how you would like payment. It's so stupid that I doubt anyone would fall for it but they're trying to either get your bank account information, or they're going to overpay you and ask you to wire them the difference. But they never pay you legitimately in the first place, their funds bounce.
