Just went into cricket in Bethlehem had a few questions the manager there answered all my questions and i ended up walking out with the phone i wanted the manager there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable i would recommend this location anytime !!

I totally recommend going to cricket, they have the best phones for the best prices and workers that care for their customers needs.Went in for a new phone and Esmeralda hooked me up with a Galaxy A15 and a nice phone case with it as well. Spent below the amount I thought I was going to!!

Had to get a new phone because mine went through the wash. Angel helped me and was my angel that day. I'm not tech savvy and was dreading having to start from scratch with a new phone. Angel was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. He gave me tips on how to set it up the easiest since my old phone was non functioning. I left feeling confident I could do it on my own and I did.
The best experience I have ever had getting a new phone. Highly recommend seeing Angel if you need help. Love my new phone and have always been happy with my Cricket service.

I loooove the sales person that took care of us I think his name was Sean. He's very welcoming and he knows his job. I highly recommend cricket the service is great and clear. The prices aren't bad either.

The store manager Sean is amazing. He helped answer all my questions. He helped me pick out the best plan for me and my family and goes over and beyond providing customer service. I recommend anyone who is looking to switch over or is in need of a phone to go see Sean.

Amazing customer service Jay helped me switch for ATT to Cricket which saved me a lot of money. ATT was giving me problems with my transfer number and she went above and beyond to help me and complete the process.
