We scheduled a vaccine appointment for the morning (2x people). Received 2x texts each that morning reminding us to go to our appointment. Show up and are greeted by a sign on the door informing us that no one from the pharmacy decided to come to work that day.The one CVS employee who decided to come to work, Scott, was amazing considering he alone has to spend the entire day apologizing for his coworkers who left him high and dry.Give that man (Scott) a raise and take your business somewhere else.

They are the most unprepared and disorganized. Not sure if they are just serving too large of an area but the pharmacy is horrendous. Never have the prescriptions on time and almost always have to fight with them about finding the prescriptions in their computers. An Update My wife who is suffering from cancer and needs pain patch is now being told that it can't be filled until the pharmacist talks to me. Never mind the fact she has already been and received the prescription before just a smaller dose. Which would tell you that if a slightly higher dose is needed then GOD DAMN pain must be worse for christ sake. Also, she is going to tell me the side effects that she just got done telling me two days ago.

I've been using this CVS for 7 years. For years they had the nicest, kindest staff working in the pharmacy. However, over the last year or so they got a whole new team of people working there and they are the most rude, unprofessional, incompetent people I've ever met. Time to switch to a different pharmacy!

Every time I pick up my father's prescriptions they are never ready. I'm always told they are running behind. I always have to sit \\u0026 wait a long time. Really dislike this pharmacy.
