CVS Woodlawn is the WORST Pharmacy EVER!!
I’d give minus zero if possible! Years ago, on more than one occasion, I was talked down to, and treated rudely by a CVS pharmacist, and stopped using CVS. But I’m on one of the weight loss drugs that’s hard to get, and sometimes CVS is the only pharmacy that has it, so I figured CVS would be okay just for that, but I was wrong!
I had been on 5mg of Mounjaro, and my doctor sent over a refill on July 1st. Then, at my office visit on July 10th, my dose was increased to 7.5mg, and my doctor sent it over to CVS. The medication was on order, and I waited a week before it was in. I received a text telling me it was ready on July 26th, and I went to pick it up. When I got home, I noticed they had given me the incorrect dose, as they had given me the 5mg. dose. When I called to let them know, I was told by pharmacy tech Harkrishen that it was MY FAULT for not checking that it was the correct dose before leaving the store, and they refused to correct their error! I then spoke with the pharmacist, and the store manager, who were also extremely rude to me. The store manager was the worst. She also blamed MY DOCTOR, and she told me to tell my doctor not to send over so many prescriptions “willy nillie like that”. CAN YOU EVEN BELIEVE THIS!! The call got disconnected, and when I called back, I was hung up on THREE TIMES by Harkrishen after all I said was "hello". I finally got the store manager again, and she still REFUSED to correct my medication! The store manager told me, very rudely, that the only thing I could at that point was call the Corporate office, and she gave me the number. I was quite upset at that point, and did tell her “F you” right before hanging up. Not one of my proudest moments, but they were so wrong, and I was infuriated!
I called the corporate office, and the woman there was shocked! She even called the store and tried to talk sense into them, but pharmacy tech Harkrishen answered the phone, and told her they were not going to take the prescription back because it was very expensive, and it was MY fault for not noticing it was the incorrect dose when I received the text that it was ready or before I left the store! So, she sent my complaint directly to the District Manager, and within an hour I received a call from Jibby, the District Manager who FINALLY told me that I could return the incorrect medication back to the store. UNBELIEVABLE!! I wasted the entire afternoon on this! It was DESPICABLE how I was treated!! I will NEVER use CVS again! I would NOT recommend CVS Pharmacy on Woodlawn in Bethlehem- STAY away! I went to Walgreens to get my medication then. Also, Walgreens and Rite Aid check for any available discounts and automatically put them in for people- but not CVS!! They don’t do that! CVS is the WORST!! Even if only a few people read this, it will have been worth the time I spent writing this review!

A worker there named Susan is very rude every visit and not only to us but others. We have been coming to this CVS for over 10 years and have never had an issue with staff always very friendly. She recently joined as a manager but always claims to get worked up easily. Very bad experience with her.

Their system ACCIDENTALLY(?) DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD!!! Called their customer service... Overall, seems like everyone is mostly rude. Sometimes I got lucky. Just rarely. Yeah, their sales seems too good to be true with a chance to be double charged. Either I saved a bit, breakeven, or spending more then the asking price. Such a scam waiting to happen. Appears self checkout and casher goes derp at times.

Gave up after more than five minutes on hold as pharmacy phone was answered by someone who, difficult to believe, grunted before returning to oblivion. Guess I looked elsewhere....

Great experience each time with the pharmacy here. Faby (I believe his name was) was very kind, patient, and helpful. So was the woman who was teaching him.

They had me standing there for my receipt for what felt like forever while the cashier watched her supervisor showing her how to do something not pertaining to myself. How rude!

I used the CVS app to refill one of my wife's prescriptions. The month before we were in Florida on vacation so it was refilled in a CVS there. In the app this time I specifically changed the location to our regular CVS Woodlawn pharmacy in Bethlehem, PA. The app confirmed the order and said I would get a text when ready or if there was a problem. No text so I called the Woodlawn pharmacy for a status. The young woman pharmacist said they couldn't refill it because it was filled in Florida. I tried to explain the situation and ask what to do. The pharmacist kept rudely interrupting me and speaking to me in a condescending manner. It was only when I called the Florida pharmacist, who listened to me politely, that I received the info I needed to straighten out the situation. I am changing pharmacies now because I refuse to be disrespected when simply trying to make sure my wife got her meds.
