A bit put off today while picking up a prescription. Nothing actually wrong with anything with the medication or anything like that HOWEVER when I got to the counter, the gentleman at the register was actually playing with his KNIFE!!!! For what reason does it need to be out???? He didn't even seem to care or be embarrassed that I saw it! I just find it completely unprofessional.

I go to the cvs on Easton ave. I went today to pick up 3 prescriptions and the pharmacy tech was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I had a coupon card and she was so disgusted that I would even hand it to her. I will NEVER be getting my prescriptions filled here again, I was a pharmacy tech for many years so I know how stressful it can get but there is no reason to be so rude when I was willing to wait for whatever needed to be done. Every time I talked she would cut me off. I have never been so disgusted with customer service in my life.

I called ahead about getting a passport photo taken to make sure I wouldn’t need an appointment. I was told I don’t and I can come in any time. When I arrived I was informed their passport services were down for months and directed to a different CVS. There was no mention of that when I called.

Pharmacy sucks at this location. I never get calls/texts when my prescription is ready. The drive thru is never open. When I drop off a prescription in person it takes more than 4 hours for it to be ready. Poor service.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. If you want to speak to someone you have to drive down in person. They don’t fill my medications when it’s due. They are a nightmare. The whole healthcare system is.

This will be the last tome i go to this cvs ive gone on and off over the last couple of yrs for my prescription and unfortunately had to go back to this place after the cvs that was close to my house closed unfortunately i made the wrong decision it’s unfortunate the pharmacy staff is so incredibly rude to there customers i dont think one call or time ive been in I've not felt like im being judged for every little thing i do and met with nothing but attitude and annoyance like im doing something wrong or i shouldn’t be I honestly dread and hate even having to deal with calling or even going in and having to deal or see these people i get it im sure you deal with alot of difficulties and difficult customers but i come in being nothing but polite and respectful just to be met with being hung up on while saying thank you I appreciate it. Cvs isnt a bad pharmacy but if there is one place that would change your mind itd be this place.

Pharmacist, Issac, at the Easton Ave CVS, was extremely helpful and answered our many questions. A very good experience!
Shanda, the cashier, was also very pleasant and courteous. She made our checking out very easy as we used coupons.

They used to be open 24 hours then they cut back to being open at midnight. Now they can't even do that. I came to buy something and they had closed at 10PM. The entire point of these stores is supposed to be convenience. If you can't even staff your facility and actually serve the customer when they need service then why don't people just go somewhere else? With that type of lackadaisical attitude it's better for the average person to just go to Giant or Walmart.
