They used to be open 24 hours then they cut back to being open at midnight. Now they can't even do that. I came to buy something and they had closed at 10PM. The entire point of these stores is supposed to be convenience. If you can't even staff your facility and actually serve the customer when they need service then why don't people just go somewhere else? With that type of lackadaisical attitude it's better for the average person to just go to Giant or Walmart.

Pharmacy is understaffed and not efficient. They return prescriptions to stock before the deadline and in my opinion are the kings/queens of “not my job.”

This is not a criticism of the pharmacy staff, who are very hard working and diligent. There were 11 customers waiting to pick up meds this evening when I was in line. There was one cashier during my half hour wait, which is no fun for the customers or the cashier. The cashiers have no authority to request a second cashier. The manager was nowhere to be seen, or I would have spoken to him about it. *The following is a blurb about CVS. Did you know it was this big? The big guys do not care about their little customers and/ or staff. *"CVS brought in revenue of $88.9 billion, up 10% from a year ago. Revenue also beat Wall Street estimates as analysts expected $86.7 billion for the quarter." (August 2023). Maybe with that amount of revenue they could hire more staff.

I have had nothing but good experiences from this pharmacy lately. Loretta and Bill, the techs who are often at the pharmacy registers, always remember my name and are super helpful. The 2 pharmacists, Barbara and Ali have gone above and beyond when assisting me with getting my meds filled or giving me and my mom various inoculations when we show up as walk-ins, or if I have questions regarding my medications. It’s a very busy pharmacy so I’m always surprised they have been able to provide me with such personalized service.

Used the pharmacy at this location 2 times. The pharmacy staff are not friendly at all!! They must really hate their jobs because that's how it comes across. They weren't helpful one bit and acted as if it was an inconvenience I was even there to pick up my RX. Now the Nazareth location was always friendly. That one was great! I may drive the extra just to get better service next time I need a script.

Lady at the front pretty much forced us to register for a care pass, even though my pregnant wife was in a hurry. Said we had to. Saturday April 1st, 12:30 pm.

This is easily the worst cvs in the Lehigh valley. Management has no idea what is occurring. The pharmacy drive through closes and opens whenever they want without proper signage despite having a sign that says full service drive thru. The staff feels confused and complacent. When I spoke with management about the problems their store faces, it was suggested I just call customer service. Don't waste your time and energy on this poorly managed store. Just go online. Clearly this cvs does not need or respect your earnings.

Worst drug store ever . They tell you your script will be ready at a certain time you go in and they dont have it ready .we will have it ready in 20 min is what they always say .I have been waiting for this medicine since 8 am it’s now 6 pm and they still do t have it filled . And won’t do anything about it .the staff is rude and unhelpful .will blast this all out ver social media.

We needed a vacation override. The process is unclear and tedious. We made dozens of calls over a two week period. We finally got the meds, thanks to the Pharmacist named Ali. He spent lots of time waiting on phone holds, trying to contact the insurance company on our behalf. We very much appreciate his advocating for us, for without the meds, we would not have been able to travel to see our family who lives abroad. Thank you so much, Ali.

If you enjoy two faced, lying and unmotivated pharmacy employees this is the spot for you!After calling a script in for my dog who has seizures before 2pm and was told it would be ready for pickup at 5pm, I went to the store at 6pm. Upon arrival, a pharmacy employee who was eating a chicken nugget, told me they didn't have enough. I asked for a partial fill since they knew my situation. I was told they couldn't do that.After walking out I called and told my wife the situation. I then called the customer care #. The woman was very willing to help. She called the pharmacy and said that they spoke to me and that I could pick it up in a half hour. Funny how the story changes. I told her that I wonder if my wife called and if they decided to change their tube. Sure enough when I spoke to my wife she said after putting her on hold they came on sweet as pie and said they "found" and extra bottle.Funny how I was on hold with the care line at the same time. Useless. It's been 3 years and they still can't update my dogs birthday either. Everytime I go there they somehow can't find it, even when bringing in the original bottle they filled the script with. Useless, arrogant and lazy.
