This place has ZERO customer service. Closes at 7:00. So even though I'm waiting in line, 7:01 and the drawer comes out and we are closed. I'm sorry. I ran over here tonight because I didn't need my meds. Sadly, they are all like this. These pharmacists get fake PhD's and they don't realize they're still not doctors.

The Pharmacy is a disaster due to gross incompetence of the pharmacy staff. Twice now I was unable to get a rx because they input the rx incorrectly and did not order the med. When I call, they try and put the blame on me. Ie, you should've downloaded our app. You should have called, etc. The staff made the error, not me. So I am led to believe that costumers should think so low of the pharmacy at CVS that both the techs and pharmacists cannot understand things as simplistic as BID= twice a day or how to do math as simplistic as dividing a whole number by 2?Train your staff, hire competent employees, ensure they understand the concept of de-esculation (how to speak with a customer who is unhappy) not only does the staff lack the required knowledge, they also have no perception of common curtousy. I blame the corporation as a whole for allowing this to happen.

Today I waited on the longest line I've ever seen. Thankfully, I had my rollator. They need to hire more pharmacy staff. When I reached the counter, staff were all extremely patient and helpful. This is my go-to CVS despite today's experience.

Walked into store and back to clinic area. Nobody there at 3 pm. Two workers casually talking to one another while I waited for assistance. The one finally came out asked if I had an app. Tried signing up on kiosk in store but would not work. I let her know that it would not allow me. She said well then there isn’t any spots today. Just needed the physical form filled out for my daughter who was going to go to the dmv and apply for a drivers permit. There was nobody there waiting for any appts. So I don’t understand why they can’t fill a form out it takes 2 minutes and they charge 99.00 dollars for it. Horrible service dot waste your time go to a real doctors office

It was awful. This store used to be the best. Nobody spoke to me throughout the store. And when I went to check out, I had to find someone and he told me I had to use the self checkout.I want a discount if I have to do everything

Drs office called in a prescription today early. Antibiotic and prednisone. Like the last time I got sick it took them 2 days to get prescribed medication. Waiting for a call today. Pharmacy is closed. Now I have to wait another day to get a prescription. Inhaler that was not ordered kept getting robo texts to pick up. This pharmacy continues to let me down. Time to rethink where I want my prescriptions from. Maybe Walgreens their pharmacy is still open.

Multiple text messages to tell me my script was ready. Went once something was wrong and it wasn’t ready. Got text messages a few days later that it was still ready. I went to pick it up I guess 5 mins before their scheduled lunch time. They didn’t run the insurance correctly. I was told I would need to come back in 30 minutes because they are going to lunch and will run it afterwards. I ended up transferring my script elsewhere. It was a complete hassle to go there just to be told to come back multiple times.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. Stay as far away from this location if you have medication that you really need. I transferred my prescription from walgreens to here since this location is more convenient for me. First, I waited over a week for it to be filled for it to keep saying that it was out of stock. How about following up with the customer and see about being pro-active and getting the medicine from another pharmacy. So, I call today and let them know that I am down to my last 3 pills. The girl says call back on Tuesday after 5. Really? I take 2 pills a day. One in the morning and one in the evening. So basically, I wouldn't have any pills to take by Tuesday morning. So, I call back and let her know this and ask her if another location has the medicine. So she puts me on hold to check and she deletes my prescription information. So, I have to now get into contact with my doctor and have her re-write the prescription over again and send it back to the pharmacy. I will definitely not have her send it back to pharmacy. I am taking my business back to walgreens.

the store itself is alright, cashiers have always been nice. however, AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. they like to screw with your medications. they will tell you it's ready, then that it's not and give you an estimate, then they'll randomly change that estimate to another date entirely. i even had issues getting my DEPO SHOT / BIRTH CONTROL shot filled. too much to go into but it was painfully obvious to me that it was because of their own beliefs (which was confirmed by a pharmacy tech over the phone in the same pharmacy). i have since moved my prescriptions to Weis and will never get anything filled at ANY CVS ever again

If this is your pharmacy and you go to pick up meds after being at the ER and their closed do to staff shortage shouldn’t the hospital or emergi centers be notified. You shouldn’t have to wait two days for medication when you are sick. It could have been sent elsewhere unfortunately your insurance won’t pay if it I was already sent to your primary pharmacy this is ridiculous.

This CVS pharmacy has gone downhill. It’s rarely open, drive 30 minutes to drop off my prescriptions got there 6:30 pm to find the sign on the window saying they closed at 3 today due to staffing shortage. They close from 1-2pm for lunch and if you are next in line and it’s 12:55 pm they will not help you.The gentleman that usually works the pharmacy drive-thru is awesome!

There websites say they do virtual and in person appointments and they don't.. I asked if they take blue cross the lady said she don't know, to everything I asked. Then another women told me she'd cancel my appointment and didn't have my name. These ppl don't want to service anyone just rush to get you off the phone and out there face.
