Kacey was the most helpful and patient person I have ever met at a retail store. She walked me through my attempt to print a collage of pictures. Even though it took a long time to do everything, she was always there to help me as well as taking care of her other check out customers and her additional duties. I am giving her the praise she deserves.

Staff is friendly and caring. I was greeted as I entered the store. Pharmacist double checks my medications due to my extensive allergies.

I was here at 9 it is 910 and they still not open the sign says pharmacy opens at 9. This is not the first time it's a continuous habit.

I like going to CVS Sterners Way, Bethlehem, PA, not only because it is located near my house, but becuase it has a plethora of attributes. This store is always clean, well-lit, has friendly, professional staff in the front of the store and in the pharmacy. Their excellent sales techniques are consistently stellar. Products are also very easy to find because of the numerous large-print product signs throughout the store. There were a few times that I needed help with over-the-counter pharmacy items. A pharmacy desk person, and sometimes even the pharmacist, always promptly helped me to my complete satisfaction. The shelves are always well stocked too. The self-checkout helps to expedite matters. In addition those registers always work without any glitches (unlike many other stores). I have no complaints whatsoever. This is a happy store thanks to the people who work there. Everyone appears to be working hard at this high volume store. But you can guarantee that they will give you customer service in a timely manner and with a smile. It just doesn't get better than this! Kudos to all of you.

CVS worked with my Doctor to get my prescriptions covered and filled. They really took the time to help me.

Terrible service. Sat on phone waiting for pharmacist to pick up for over 30 minutes. Called again... still no answer. Try a different pharmacy. This one is apparently understaffed or uncaring.
