Hi everyone. Yesterday I had Deiter Bros., upgrade my propane furnace and they sent me a technician to install the upgrade and repair a propane leak. Well, my technician was (VINNY BARBATO), and he is a craftsman at his work. He is very through in the dismantle, cleaning of a special reuseable discontinued gas fitting that was a must for my furnace. Vinny also removed all old parts for the new conversation kit of parts on my Triangle Tube unit. Vinny cleaned, installed, rewired, sealed all gas fittings, piping and double checked for any gas leaks before firing up the unit. He used his special equipment to re program and set up the specs. My propane unit is running great, thanks to a very knowledgeable, craftsman technician, Vinny Barbato. He can work on my furnace in the future! Sincerely, Chubby Check

Very thorough and honest . I thought my heater had major problems and it turned out to be something very minor . He was very honest and helpful and saved me what I thought would be a lot of money .

This review reflects the customer service(or lack there of) only. So let’s dive in. A few months ago I noticed an issue with a generator we had installed but never used. I called the electrician out to see if he could take a look since it’s still under warranty and it hasn’t had to run(luckily) since install. The first power outage we actually had it ran and shut off. He sent a few techs out to diagnose and they couldn’t figure it out so they had reached out to Dieter directly for assistance. It took several weeks to get a reply or call which I can understand as summer is busy season for hvac companies but they had to send multiple follow up’s to get me on schedule. Finally after about a month I got a call with a date and time. Fair enough. Tech arrived on time and was very professional. He spent some time trying to figure it out and eventually came to the conclusion that the magnetos are bad. I questioned it but who am I, that’s why they’re here. Last communication I got from tech was him sitting in the truck saying he had to open a generic warranty case and he’d let me know when the parts came in. Ok, perfect. A few weeks go by and I give them a call asking for update. I got an attitude from an extremely high strung male and was told he’d call back shortly. Shortly never came. Instead I have a bill. Ok, fair enough I guess. I called back for a second update a week later asking for updates and when they’d be back to get the repairs done. Was promised a call back again and nothing. Called one more time two weeks ago. Spoke to a less stressed woman who said she’d get a hold of the service manager right away. He wasn’t available. She calls back last week and we go over the bill and terrible customer service (again lack there of) and promised I’d get a call this week to get scheduled. Nothing. Zero, ghost town. I did nothing wrong to anyone and neither did my electrician. We both had a common goal to get the generator fixed. I have a bill with zero explanation and zero update and non working generator while my warranty parts I honestly don’t think are going to fix it sit on a shelf. So, use caution if you’re a new customer referred from someone. I’m a field operations supervisor for the entire east coast and manage 30 plus mobile techs in a different field. If I treated my customers this way, I’d be unemployed. Terrible. 0/5 stars

Vinny Barbato of Deiter Brothers is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job. After the installation of my new heating system he came to fix a minor issue. He addresses all tasks seriously and gives it his full energy.

Vinny was fantastic. He came out for a service call for no heat, and it was because a button was pushed wrong(lol). Instead of just leaving, he checked our system. He explained everything thoroughly.

Five stars. Brandon has serviced our furnace for the last three years and we are very pleased. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Deiter has serviced our house since 2015 and wouldn’t have anyone else.
