Was referred to the company through American Shield.. they were very reliable, don't try to beat around the bush with up-selling stuff you don't want or need. I would highly recommend using their services. They returned my calls back promptly, and replaced my broken unit within 24 hours of coming to the house. Even came during the COVID mess when others may not have.

Purchased BEAM Vacuum equipment from this store before, they were friendly and helpful. I called several days ago ready to spend a lot more on central vac upgrades and left a message with an employee there who nothing about the units they have. Told the guy I was ready to buy and repeated my number 2x. Guess I'll be buying elsewhere.
