Realtor was very informative of process to prepare the home for showing, taking photos, approximate time frames generally experienced in selling similar homes, notifications of showings, and sold the home in the 10-14 day time frame she felt confident in achieving. Laurie was competent, thoughtful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns and scheduled my part of closing to fit my schedule; very thankful to have a vibrant, caring person to handle the sale of my home of 46 years.

Do you know if the recent finding by a jury in the Middle District of Louisiana finding Baton Rouge Venture LLC, a company owned by DLP entities and persons, liable for "bad faith" damages, and a follow up lawsuit from the counterparty to those damages claiming that those properties were refinanced with affiliated DLP entity debt funds over a lis pendens? If so, what would you think the impact to DLP would be?

Made an offer on a house. Communication wasn't the best but also not the worst. After sending in proof of funds and telling them i am ready to close immediately.... they tell me they went with a better offer...Around a month later I find out that the offer they accepted was LESS than the offer I made... Doesn't make any sense to me but from an investor pov, I would avoid them if you value your time and want to be taken seriously.

Brad Long is the absolute best Real Estate Agent! He was the most professional, patient, and responsive person you could ask for when selling your house. He truly supported us thru the entire process and helped us understand what I consider a complicated process. He was always available and his reply to text and emails was always super fast. If you want the best, you must get Brad! You will be very happy with him and he will sell your house fast!!!

We came to Franco after working with a couple realtors. Franco was very quick to respond to any questions and get us to see houses. We came across some issues with the financing but thanks to Franco we were able to find another lender quickly with better rates. He is very friendly and was a great help with my boys when viewing homes. The kids always ask when we’re seeing Franco. This process started off being a stress because of the market, but Franco was able to help make this a mostly enjoyable experience. We would recommend Franco and his team to anyone looking into buying or selling their home.

When I first spoke to Don we immediately clicked and he said he would introduce me to one of his agents Myrtle who would take care of me. Well boy did she. She was very knowledgeable and helpful through this whole process. She faithfully and tirelessly showed me house after house and answered numerous questions and sure enough we finally found one! Myrtle was helpful through the whole process and walked us through the closing as well!

Working with the Don Wenner Team was super easy and smooth. We had an uncle who passed away and needed to sell his home. We wanted a quick sale and were expecting to just sell the property to Don's team and be done. We met with Jim Bell and he explained all of our options. Much to our surprise he had a buyer already interested in the home. One showing and the house was sold for asking price giving us a considerable increase in our net profit from our anticipated price point. We would highly recommend Don's team when looking to sell your home!
