Absolute work customer service. This kid Christian was on FaceTime with his friends just completely ignoring customer questions. He was very rude and disrespectful. My mom was trying to return a SINGLE item and Christian and another guy (his name tag was flipped over so I can’t name him) kept telling her to wait as they continued to help multiple customers that were coming in to line even though she was waiting in line! They kept telling her to wait and wait and wait telling her it was a process to return something. Like come on there’s 2 people at the register why are you telling us to wait and wait and wait? Not to mention being on FaceTime on speaker phone when you should be paying attention to what you’re doing on the register?

I will not come back to this store again. I use a scooter. The isle were block with stuff. The music had bad words. The music was not appropriate for young children and some adults. He was playing it loud. The Manger needs to be retrain in how to speak to customers. I will not return to this Dollar General!

The new manager at this dollar store is the worse manager ever. He's rude, don't have a personality, he's disgusting. He needs to find another job if he's not happy working there. He's not helpful, very abrasive and rude. Everyone else that work there is amazing and helpful. Please find someone else to manage this store.

The store has greatly improved since the new management. It is better stocked and maintained. The only issue is the posted schedule. It says open till 10 pm which is not accurate. Last night again I ran there with my son after I picked him up from work. He was feeling sick and wanted to get some ginger ales but at 9:42pm the store was closed. I've been there at 9:30 and it's closed. This is the 3rd time . Be safe and go before 9pm

This Dollar General pissed me off so much that I’m reviewing it 6 months later. I dropped my brother off at college in August and had to go here for last minute items. Lines were long, staff was extremely busy, technology barely worked, aisles were ceiling high with unboxed merchandise.As I was thinking about my worst experiences in 2023, this place has to be on top.

I would give it a total zero poor ethic on side of the manager she's never there needed to exchange something's that was broken but the poor kids didn't know how to i had to wait on her i had to leave after waiting an hour store is always empty in products I really give this store a complete zero

Store hours says Thursday 8am-10pm. Not sure how that equates to being closed on a Thursday at 12pm. The amount of times I have wasted my gas to come to this location during hours they are supposed to be open and they aren’t is ridiculous and not sure why I even bother considering half the time whatever I’m looking for isn’t even stocked in the shelves. This location must be severely understaffed, that’s what I would like to believe because if it isn’t then your employees are simply lazy and don’t do their jobs. And maybe you should update the hours on your website and cut them in half to more accurately demonstrate how often the store is really open.

This location needs a lot of work, either not enough employees or the shelves are barely stocked or the random times it's just closed. I wish this was given more care because the area could really use it.
