These guys are wonderful! Mike, Damien, and Tim were extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional. I missed store greeters Plum and Howie, but their sterling reputations for hospitality are known far and wide. You can make an appointment to get individual attention. This is an oasis of an Apple retailer. Many thanks!

I rarely review anything, but these guys are wonderful. I called in a panic over my work computer having major issues and immediately got an appointment. They were calm and patient and looked over my computer for an hour before I ultimately had to make the decision to buy a new one. They didn’t charge me for that hour even knowing that I would be purchasing a new computer at the Apple Store instead of through them (only because they didn’t have the computer I needed in stock). They were honest with what I would have needed to spend for repairs and I didn’t feel gouged for money. To make matters better, during that dreadful hour of running diagnostics, their two dogs, Plum and Jazz, kept me company and likely prevented me from having a meltdown. I recommend and I will go back if I have any other technology issues.

I recently brought my MacBook Pro to Double Click for a simple repair. Due to an unexpected problem on Apple's end, the repair became extremely complicated. Mike and his team were very professional and went above and beyond to resolve the problem, (which was more time consuming than any of us had anticipated). He did everything possible to accommodate my needs and allow me to continue working, as a Telehealth provider, during this period. Double Click is an outstanding business. They will continue to be my first choice for all my computer needs.

First I have never left a bad review for amy companyThese guys are a bunch of scammersThey charged me a diagnostic fee 89.00 amd told me i needed a new part/power supply.and if this was not the problem they would have to try additional parts. It would be at least 400.00 but they were not sure.Sounded fishy so i took it to the apple store,All it needed was a firmware uodateTotal scan artistsThe folks at the apple store said they were known for this scamming!Dont use themThe reviews are all fake!

They price gouge and aren’t even embarrassed. Apple couldn’t get me in so they sent me here for a cracked MacBook Air screen. A repair that Apple would have charged 199.00 + tax for. They quoted me 500.00 parts and labor which is over charging, but I was desperate. I go to pick it up and NOW its $603.14! Again NOTHING wrong but the screen replacement! They did nothing to at least honor the overcharged price I was told. They gave me the option of still not having a working laptop by taking off the screen they put on or paying the money! I would have been willing to pay 100.00 more than apple to a small local business, but 400.00 more is shameful.

My gosh. We've owned iMacs and other Apple products for over 12 years. I was tired of MS PCs due to viruses and GPFs, so went with Apple. We were warned by a friend who's a computer geek to buy AppleCare. I did but Apple did a horrendous job replacing two hard drives (under warranty) on two computers we got at the same time. The backup destroyed files and had files put in strange places, so I had to go to another shop and they were horrible. The shops were in NC. I had another AppleCare xxx have me reinstall OS X on a different Mac and it was messed up, but I'm living with it. When we moved to Allentown, I took a 2017 iMac to Epoch computers because Apple had my spouse install a new OS X and that froze the computer totally. Epoch managed to unfreeze it but ignored my instructions and made a mess out of the computer. MS Office was dead and I had to purchase a new license (so I had the cost for ill-repair+cost MS Home/Office). We lived with that for 3 years. It was slow (took about 5 minutes to boot it up to the login) then @4 mins. to finish bringing it up. I was afraid to take it anywhere. And, we couldn't live with it the way it kept slowing down I was worried about the expense of getting MS Office. I considered buying a new Mac and they're very expensive and with a useless warranty, had to consider finding another place to fix it and I've spent 12 years with unsuccessful fixes. Got a recommendation for Double Click in Bethlehem. I held my breath and finally took it in yesterday @11. I picked it up today. They used their own backup. Everything came up. MS Word and Excel work fine. They replaced the hard drive (old with moving parts), did a backup and restore, and it works! I'm really excited about it. Thanks to the nerdy guys and very sweet gal there for their help. They are amazing.

I brought my 2017 MacBook Pro in to be diagnosed and was extremely satisfied with how well Tim helped me! He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, explaining to me what was happening with my Mac, and giving me next step options. Would highly recommend Double Click and especially Tim when servicing an Apple product.

I came here because I was having an issue with my Apple Watch that I had less than a week (I bought it from my wireless provider). I spoke to someone at Apple (which takes forever, as I’m sure you know if you ever have to do that) and they gave me the option to bring the watch to Double Click or the Apple store in the mall. I chose Double Click because it was closer to my house and they had more appointments available. The person I worked with was honest with me and told me that if it was determined that my watch had to go back to Apple, they would have to send it out and wait for Apple to send my replacement because they don’t stock them like the Apple store does. I went with them anyway because I didn’t feel like driving to the mall and dealing with the crowded store. I could deal with a few days without my watch (I had it less than a week, I wasn’t THAT attached yet!)My experience with them overall was great. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and just a much less stressful experience than the Apple store where I feel like they are trying to rush you in and out because it is always so busy. Because they are authorized with Apple, I learned that I can just make an appointment with them going forward if I have an issue with my Apple products rather than dealing with Apple directly. I can’t say enough how much less stressful it was dealing with them. Plus, they have an actual phone number without a million prompts so you can talk to a human right away. Who does that anymore?! Love it.Bonus: they are dog friendly and have two adorable Westies that greet you when you come in. Westies are a pretty low allergen breed and they are so well behaved and don’t jump on you or anything if you’re not a dog person (I am a HUGE dog person, so I was LOVING it!). I didn’t want to leave after my appointment because they were so adorable!Tl;dr: save yourself the headache of dealing with Apple support or going to the Apple store and check them out next time you’re having issues with your Apple products.
