The WORST Erie Insurance place I ever had to deal with! I have been trying to get information about a claim for over a month from one of their agents. I even talked to their supervisor and still nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, 0/5 stars!

Brian Karolchik from this office has been great to work with. Even the woman at Enterprise said he was the most responsive insurance adjuster she had ever seen. Brian helped make an unfortunate situation go more smoothly.
