We use ET&T for our phone system support. Customer Service is excellent. Regardless if you call or email, you always get a quick response and accurate help. Technicians... They are the best I've ever worked with. Willing to go above and beyond to minimize your downtime and extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always on time. I would highly recommend them!

I have worked with ET&T for the past 14 years. They are professional, courteous and expeditious. If we need assistance we get a response within an hour, and a tech onsite the same day. Everyone at ET&T goes above and beyond to ensure our systems are working and issues are dealt with immediately. I deal with many vendors in my position and none are as responsive to our needs as ET&T.
