nothing i went for due to having many coupons were in their store. even though i check the website and make sure it didn’t say “low on stock” or “sold out”. retail is busy. i’ve worked in it myself. but i also know the disappointment of inaccurate things that could easily be resolved if things were updated. the inventory for the website was quite inaccurate & apparently
using software that doesn’t update quickly, or inventory accuracy itself isn’t put as a priority. which is unacceptable in retail. any retail.
i won’t be using any family dollars anywhere i go. i am left with a bad taste in my mouth.
corporate: train your employees. inventory: be accurate. manager: pay attention to the store you have the privilege to run. make SOPs. spreadsheets. daily, weekly, monthly tasks that are imperative to maintain a successful business.
that’s all.

Good place to go when you need something fast. Place is a little sloppy, meaning always has stuff in the isles (boxes of merchandise not. Put away or put out yet). Employees are always nice though!

Great to place to get some decent stuff for cheap. If the front of the store wasn't clogged up with carts of stuff that should be on the shelves or in the stock room it be even better.

4th time they closed 15 minutes early , they should change the times .

They close early. I’m here right now, it’s 9:40 and they’re closed. Door is locked, employees inside, no sign or anything indicating that they closed early. This happens a lot at this location.

When I tried to return two items to the store that I had bought two days previously, I was promptly told that they could not allow me to return them because I didn't have a receipt and dismissed. However the customer satisfaction agreement on the website says that you can return up to three items without a receipt within 30 days of purchase. I am disappointed with the way this store easily dismissed me without even trying to resolve this issue.
