I usually don’t write reviews. This store is an embarrassment to the community. It employ’s rude and disrespectful people. My wife and 7 year old child were cursed out by the store clerk for interrupting her personal phone call as they were checking out. There were other customers in the store who came to my family’s defense as they heard the way the employee spoke to my wife in front of my child. This happened on January 20th at 7:33pm. The employee on this shift (light skin lady with red/brown hair & glasses) NEEDS to be disciplined or kept in the back, away from customers. I need a store manager with some sense, or CORPORATE to reach out to me ASAP!

I've been to several family dollar locations and the location on stefko is by FAR the cleanest and most organized family dollar I've EVER been in!! Will start to frequent this location. To the employees there, keep up the great work!! It is definitely noticeable in comparison to other locations and similar stores in the area.

I wish I can give this place a zero rating!!! The staff at this location is very unfriendly and do not want to do their job!! Never in my life, did I try to make a purchase and no one wanted to assist me! Horrible customer service! I work in customer service and honestly never been treated as horrible as these people treat their customers!

Closes at 10pm but came at 9:40pm to the doors locked! Why lock doors 20 minutes before closing?! Unacceptable!!!!!! 100% unacceptable!!!!

I went there at 10:10 on a Saturday morning and brought my items to the register. After placing my items on the counter, I had to sit there and wait till Pat finished sending a few texts before she started to ring me up. After she finally scanned all my items, she quickly went back to texting. After I paid, I again had to wait till she finished texting she gave me my receipt. During this time, a line began to form behind me that didn't need to be there. She needs to be trained in customer service and not texting while there are people wajting.

I purchased 4 items, 3 of those items rang up as more than the price on the shelf. When I complained to the cashier, she told me that’s what it rings up and she can’t change the price. I’m tired of stores advertising one price on the shelf then when you get to the register it costs more.

I went to buy an item , 10 packets of that one item , price was incorrect so I asked the associate to get the manager (Carmen) because I was buying 10 of that item , and the manager says “tell her that she can either buy it at the price it’s ringing or leave it” . I’m sorry but that is rude . She had to honor that price. It’s not my fault the store had incorrect pricing .

Went to Family Dollar on Stefko today. Was charged for items I didn't have (bought 2 Arm and Hammer carpet spray paid for 3; bought 2 Little Tree air freshener paid for 3). In total I was charged $7.40 for something I don't have. Called the store and of course no one answered. Will be going back tomorrow, hopefully I will get results

It's 930pm Tuesday. They close at 10pm. Walked up to door and lady outside smoking cigarette claims they're closed. As I walk away I see her let in someone else. What's with the selective admittance? I spent lots of money here and needed to grab food for lunch tomorrow mind you. This place needs staff that treat everyone fairly and understand how important the service is.

It's a nice store. But who ever owns the parking lot needs to fix the holes and open the other gate so you can come in that way ,from the side street.
