BEWARE !! I recently bought a 2019 CT6 Platinum there. They said it had to be certified first but that shouldn't be a problem. Couple days later I'm told there is a slight oil leak they must fix. 4-5 days go by with some calls and some text messages. Miracle happens , they call and say car is ready to go. I ask was oil leak fixed, they respond there was no oil leak just oil spill from last oil change. I purchase car drive it home. Can smell burning oil. A week goes by , still smell oil. I call they say nothing is wrong with the car but it is a CPO you can take it to any Cadillac dealer and they will fix it for free. I take my car to another Cadillac dealer, oil leak. Leak from left side cylinder head cam carrier. They had to pull the motor out to fix it, it was in the shop for 2 weeks. Faulkner lied to me !! I called them, no answer I left a message. Waiting for the call back.

Bought a car here earlier this year. Sales staff was great, however the second I needed maintenance done on the vehicle is the second I regretted my decision to purchase from them in the first place. Made a call to the service center to see if a defect with my tire would be covered under the extended service plan I purchased along with my vehicle. I was told I needed to talk to a certain person who was busy on the phone but I would get a call right back from them. Never got a call back, making me have to drive down a half hour to the dealership just to ask about my warranty coverage. The man at the service desk gave me nothing but attitude throughout the entire exchange. Refused to answer my question about warranty coverage. Instead accused me of causing the damage to the tire without even looking at the vehicle. He claimed to be giving me "options" but even his options were limited to "just leave the car with us and maybe we can get to it" or scheduling an appointment for over 3 weeks out just for tire replacement on a car that has no spare tire and is unsafe to drive in its condition. His other option was getting a rental car, even though he had already informed me that they had no rental cars at the time. None of this was his problem, and he made it clear that its vacation season for everyone and I've just got to deal with that. Couldn't answer my warranty question, never got the call returned by the other guy. I would not recommend buying a car from a dealer that in your time of need, can't even replace a single tire to get you back on the road. Now I'm stranded with a tire that's not roadworthy and no way of getting to work.Update: been 3 months, still no response from the dealership. Its clear the customer service stops after you sign the check over. Now I need to find a location to use the 7 years of extended warranty I paid for because this dealership doesn't want to help.

I took my Cadillac ATS to Faulkner for warranty service and was very happy with the work done. They called me with an estimate before they started, my car was ready before it was promised, they did a wonderful job and cleaned the car for me too. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

Recently purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V.. Salesman Matt Kunsman did a fantastic job, however disappointed with the detail department, did not vacuum interior, shifter , sunroof was dirty, dried paint on rear bumper on bottom.. & a empty water bottle under driver's seat..Detail department needs to do a better job..5 stars for Matt.. 2 stars for detail department..

I ended up buying from Faulkner Chevy in Bethlehem because only Chevy dealer within 50 had the vehicle in-transit I wanted , made the deal by email and phone communication was great in keeping me updated on the tracking of the vehicle , it arrived 7 days early , they had a driver pick wife and I up at the house to get our new car a big big plus , once at the dealer everything went smooth because of the planning in advance. I'll probably have the car once the factory warranty expire so I purchase the extended warranty .

Joe, manager of service, took the time to right a situation regarding a replacement tire and 3rd warranty. The Faulkner team worked quickly to get us back on our road trip. Very courteous and professional!

Our salesman Jim Oravec was great. Very personable and not pushy at all. That makes shopping for a car great. We ended up purchasing a car. We were very happy with our experience.

Got a new engine control module( I believe so lol) and when I got my car back sunroof don't open and my dashboard screen still jumping and not responding to my touch.

I was looking for a used car and Falkner had one available I was interested in. I spoke with their internet contact a few times and didn't really get anywhere. Eventually I was transferred over to one of their salespeople. We were in talks for a couple weeks. I had time stop by and noticed their car was priced higher than similar cars. I asked them to match the others and was told something along the lines of "this is the best we can do". Literally the same day the car drops by close to $500. At that point it is too late for me to visit. So they lost out on a sale because they refused to give me the discount they would give anyone else later that day. Checking back two weeks later and the car has dropped yet again by 1k. So their "best we can do" was clearly not that.

If a handicapped person would come in a wheel chair do not plan on using the ramp to get in. They have cars blocking the ramp.

Super nice people and cars loved the biscotti sorry eating like 15 of them they where so good I lost control... coffee good too and water. There's also vending machines. If you need new keys they provide that service for your car keys.
