I mainly stopped in for service to check a tire when my tire light came on. seems I had a nail in the tire and had to replace it. While there I asked if I could also have an oil change and tire rotation at the same time. They were very happy to do the work and when done I drove away a happy customer.

Scheduling service at this dealership is uniquely difficult for several reasons. First, for years they’ve advertised Subaru Express Service for small maintenance, but every time I’ve tried to utilize their express service, I’ve been told by the working service advisor that the express service is actually closed. Second, the automated scheduling system is famously unreliable. It drops appointments, loses information about your needs, or won’t let you communicate what specific service you actually need, instead assuming you need a mileage service. You can try to solve this by calling, but again, the phone system is unreliable, rarely directing you to a scheduler. I have had luck showing up to the dealership to schedule in person and coming back later, so at least there is that. However, schedulers and advisors don’t often seem to have the same info on what can be done. I’ve tried to buy tires here and have had people tell me they don’t do tires, or that they weren’t sure if they can sell the tires they have.
In short, this particular dealership seems to struggle mightily with customer communication, which is unfortunate because they could do about 30-40 percent more business if they were just more clear and their systems for booking worked better. It’s a convenient location, but I am more likely to go to Ciocca, Ertle, or Glanzmann because I know what to expect and get good information easily and can get in and out quickly.

I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience with One of the Greatest sales person over there and her name is Vanessa Q. Meeting her was the most amazing experience I ever had when it comes to finding a car. Her knowledge of how to deal and handle a customer is something I was very grateful. Not a fan of shopping for cars, but I had a good experience nevertheless. Clean facility, and excellent sales rep. I researched the vehivle I wanted and was ready to negotiate a price. Imagine my surpise the price they came out with BEFORE we started negotiations. It was lower than what I had ready. They didn't mess around. It was fair, right to the point, no playing around, and a hassle free experience. Would recommend to anyone. Score may change when it's time to sevice the vehicle, but right now a 5/5 from me.

I brought the car to receive its protective coating application. Since I had the car for a few days so they cleaned up the car first before applying the coating both inside and out. It looked great.
