The long hair manly female always give a hassle, mainly to colored people. I come every Friday and she still hassle me for an i.d or the bill I give to pay ,But certain people she would say (I remember u ,u don’t need an I.d or say I’ll run to the back and get you change..very poor customer service and very discriminative

Super convenient liquor store with: a great selection, security (which was kind enough to direct me to more variety for the drink I selected), a great location on the Southside, & fair prices! *Be advised* parking may be difficult if you are driving.

I came to buy a bottle, the women seemed nice in the begining, I always come here no problems, couple people know me as well here. I realize before I left the establishment meaning before I walked out the door, that the bottle was the wrong size. So I immediately asked the lady wearing a burgundy colored Polo and I see her all the time there she always has the same outfit and she has a scab peeling on her finger (what she said she's a manager) she explained that she couldn't do anything because I didn't have a receipt (what she did not offer she just threw it away) so I asked her can you please look for it because you're the one that threw it away and did not give me the receipt. She said she offered she did not. If there's video footage you can see her pushing the receipts down on purpose and not really making an effort to look she's looking at the receipts but I'm sure she at least pulled mine because it was at the top. So she quickly got frustrated and said I don't have the receipt and I can't do anything about it. And I said well just give me the bin and I'll look for the receipt. Right away she said I had an attitude but I did not she was the one that was being deflective and not wanting to make an effort to just make the exchange that I can tell she did not want to do. So from there I said just give me the bin and I'll look for the receipt I'll just stand on the side and do it, and she said look you have an attitude and she wanted me to leave the establishment and she said she was going to call the police I said you can do that because I'm not doing anything but asking for an exchange I didn't even leave the establishment. So I waited for them and nothing was done about me exchanging the bottle it was a simple task I didn't make it a big deal you guys can look at the video footage or whatever that has to be done about this but she was out of line she told me to leave she was very pushy as I was trying to make me leave like she didn't want to deal with it because it was really her fault. I hope something can be done about this because I am of no problem to that place it's a nice place great workers just her day today was not her day and she did not want to deal with me as a customer and I think that she needs to be spoken to and her manager position gives her a little power there to do as she pleases from what she says so I'd like somebody to humble her the best way they can because this was unjust it just wasn't right. I am humble I am respectful to everybody in there and I hope something can be done about this woman in there with her attitude she is the one who had the attitude I did not deserve the service that I got today it was very hurtful as of being a good customer. Very poor service from her.
