had a very poor experience with a nasty sales clerk when enjoying a night in downtown Bethlehem with family. Was actually going to make a purchase but was so appalled by her demeanor that we walked right out. Take a lesson in customer service, especially before working in a small business setting!

This store truly is a gem in Downtown Bethlehem. Everyone can find something they love and it’s so affordable. The staff is always beyond helpful and polite. Without question, every time I’m wearing something from the Gem Shop I know I’ll get a ton of compliments. Love this place!

I love The Gem Shop! I can always find the perfect gifts and accessories there. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was able to check several people off of my shopping list today. I would definitely send anyone looking for a gift for the special ladies in their life to The Gem Shop.
