It's a grocery store. So there's not too much to say. They keep it clean, which is probably what I care most about around food I'm about to buy. Giant does a significant amount of their shelf restocking at night. So, it might just be the time of day that I tend to go to the store, but I feel like there are frequently wide sections of shelves that are completely cleared out. Based on what I can see from shelf stickers, It's often just 1 or 2 items that they stock a lot of because they maybe sell a lot of it, but then it never gets restocked from the warehouse in the middle of the day.

Purchased sour cream that was moldy. Expiration date is 1/28/2025 and they wouldn’t let me get a refund or exchange it.

I went to the giants store on union blvd pa with my granson which is 21 but didn’t have his I’d and I’m 61 and wanted to purchase liquor and since I was buying I should of been carded and he said since we were shopping together law states he had to show his I’d also and wouldn’t let us but the liquor.. understandable but if I had my teenage son with me what would of happened then.? Was he going to be carded also ? If people buy liquor in giants and your with your children the person buying should be carded not the kids. This was today jan2 around 9 pm. I will be filing a complain about this cause it doesn’t make sense. Thank you

This is the women’s bathroom.. there is never toilet paper int the bathroom and never hand soap. How do the employees wash their hands if there is no hand soap? This should be a health hazard. The bathroom is always filthy.. the women feline product trash cans that hang on the side of the wall are overfill and never changed .. if the bathrooms are like this I could only imagine the store overall. This is a health violation.

I’ve always liked shopping in general I go in and get my items leave. Generally a peaceful experience as I just grab want I want self checkout and go. Yeah sometimes the discounts I clip don’t come in correctly but the self checkout staff comes and fixes it. However my concern was an experience i witnessed at closing time. An older Spanish gentleman working for instacart came in just to grab a few items and yeah it was closing time but sometimes that happens. I have worked retail 20 years in the past but what I saw disgusted me. The lady at self checkout was so friendly and saw it was just a few items and said go ahead and grab them. She was so kind and was friendly to him when all of a sudden one guy in a black shirt yell across the aisle saying no he can’t shop we are closed in the rudest way possible. Then some guy in the front in a red shirt yelled at the nice cashier at checkout and said no he can’t shop. Like all these people being so rude and teaming up on a poor instacart delivery person for doing his job. The funny thing is one of those rude employees was the night manager. I guess manners are not a requirement of being selected for a supervising position. There was so many ways to go about it better but the perception of it was a bunch of white people yelling at a Spanish person who was kind and just doing his job. Again the lady was nice but almost looked scared when I asked for the names of the employees who teamed up yelling at the poor guy and I want to make it clear she was extremely kind and it looked like they were getting ready to reprimand her in retaliation for her actually showing great customer service. I walked in at 10:55 but was at the register at 11 as I knew what i wanted and played it like that game show to fill your cart in 5 minutes and was out on time but the vibe in that store was horrible why would anyone shop here when people give you dirty looks and slam things around like why are you here?

Very clean, but can be very expensive! Have a lot of sales, which help! Definitely Never Enough registers, they force people to use self-serve. Like they say we don't work there give people a discount at self-serve like 10% off the price. Self-serve should be used only when overcrowding at the registers.

Awful woman with red hair gave terrible service and was very rude with disrespectful language and profanity. Asked for help picking out a typical wine for my mother in law and took her bad day out on myself and husband.
