I stopped here on my way to work to get some tortillas and lettuce. I couldn't find the tortillas so I asked somebody. Of course they didn't work there so they gave me a really rude response. The next person I asked did work there but didn't know where the tortillas were. I asked somebody who is doing the shop at home and he said down at the end of the last aisle which I went to and there were no tortillas. At least I managed to get some lettuce. The staff here is absolutely Clueless.

On the way downhill for those who shop at night. Only self-checkouts available, and none of the ones with any space for checked items.
Trying to save plastic bags, so I don't put everything in a bag. When the small space for checked items filled up, I moved the bags to the floor and the unbagged items to an unused counter at the next self checkout.
The attendant said "You can't do that" and put my groceries - unbagged items, on the floor. I pointed out that this wasn't a great place for food to go, don't you think?" The attendant had no response other than a cold stare. When I finished, I did my best to cheerily wish the attendant goodnight, and was met with the same cold stare.
With grocery stores like this, who needs the DMV? :)

I'm not typically one to share complaints or personal issues, but I feel this is important. I routinely buy Boars Head cold cuts from Giant, but I was unaware of the recent recall. (My schedule is insane, and I rarely have time to read or watch the news - don’t judge me lol) Over the weekend, I became violently ill, which I now believe was due to listeria from the deli meat I purchased at Giant.
Last night, I called Giant to inform them that I believe I contracted listeria from their deli meat and to ensure they took precautions to prevent others from becoming ill. The girl I spoke with was dismissive and told me to call back in the morning. When I called this morning, I was shocked by Giant's response: "Call Boars Head."
I stressed my concern about the potential for others to get sick from this potentially deadly bacteria and was again told to "call the company." I wasn't asking for a refund—I don't care about the $12 or whatever it cost. I just don't want anyone else to get sick. Giant's response was simply, "Call Boars Head." The lack of empathy and concern for customer safety was astounding. When I mentioned that I no longer felt safe shopping at Giant, their response was, "Okay, well if that’s how you feel."
Yes, this is a Boars Head issue, but the store where I buy my groceries doesn't care that I was violently ill from a potentially deadly foodborne illness from goods purchased at their store. This is deeply troubling.
This is probably the longest post I’ve ever shared on social media, but I feel it's necessary for awareness. I love sandwiches and I’m so so so sad lol, but I think I’ve learned my lesson. I'm incredibly disgusted and disappointed at Giant's response—or lack thereof and will no longer be shopping at any Giant. #FoodSafety #CustomerServiceFail #ListeriaAwareness

I'm not a fan of this giant, its not my closest one and solely due to the fact of how crowded it gets so I avoid it. However if I'm in the area and it's weekday, during the day, it's a peaceful shopping experience. I find they have more things in stock than other giants.
