Prices are getting insane. I don't care about the prices rising all over the place. You don't sell items that are used and for more than brand new prices at times. Your shoes are absolutely ridiculously expensive. Please also stop ruining clothing by punching them with those tags in obvious places on the fabric that leave big holes. If you want to make any sales at all, I would highly suggest you figure something out with the tags if anyone is to pay at those prices at all.

It's cheaper to shop at Walmart this is supposed to be a thrift store . The prices are too high. U must bring your own bag or buy one from them. I can't believe things in the store was all donations but they sell them for brand new prices. And beware if someone holds the door for u they want to get paid and if u don't pay them they follow u to your car . Not safe at all. The reason for a thrift store is to find cheap bargains not at good will. Save ur money

Great Deals and amazing finds!! I really enjoy it here. The items are generally in good shape and for the price you just can't beat it. You just never know what treasures and hard to find items you may pick up here. Staff is also great and very clean inside. Would go back when I am in the area.

Auburn is a great Mananger! Thank you for handling my situation on 9/20. His work ethic and dedication to the store and people are truly incredible. He always helps my mother when she is in the store and I can’t wait to go back! Thanks for being so friendly, positive, and dedicated Auburn!!

Apparently Goodwill has implemented a policy under which they will refuse to sell you an item if the price tag is missing from the item. It doesn’t matter if they neglected to put a price tag on it in the first place or if the tag fell off or if the tag was removed. They will not make an attempt to look the item up in the system nor will they issue a price for the item. They simply refuse to sell the item until “it has been processed in the back” which can apparently take several days. This was confirmed by a store employee and a MANAGER. They clearly communicated that they don’t trust their customers (even those who are honest enough to point out the missing price tag). Goodwill does not even trust their own employees to give a price to a donated item. They’d rather give up a sale.Learning about this was a poor & disappointing experience but more importantly it sheds light on Goodwill as an organization. They’re willing to profit on donations but not to extend “good will” to their own stakeholders. This policy is ridiculous, irritating & even offensive. I canceled my entire purchase beyond the item in question because of this policy. So it’s impact includes the loss of at least one sale. I will also now think twice before I make any more donations or purchases from any of these stores. There are so many other local businesses & organizations to support.

I like shopping here! I mostly get home stuff but occasionally buy clothes and shoes. I never leave empty handed.

Why does Goodwill think it's okay to charge $8 for shirts that were used and donated for free? The prices keep going up in these stores to the point that it's sometimes cheaper to shop on Amazon! At least Salvation Army has more reasonable prices for DONATED clothing.

Reasonable prices and big selection. I have donated things too. There are always people to help unload the car!

I worked here for 3 months as I was told GW was a good place to work if you were autistic, which I am. However, I was regularly discriminated against and told every problem I faced was because I was autistic, was denied accomodations for my disability, regularly physically threatened, had asked for a transfer several times and was denied only to be fired immediately after reporting these issues. The store manager had to lie in order to get me fired, claiming several things that several witness had approached me afterwards to tell me were false. Even basic communication such as "I don't understand this, can you explain" were met with active punishment. Do not shop here while Janae is still manager. The only reason I haven't filed a lawsuit despite having several witnesses and written documentation on my side is because GW is a nonprofit

Very organized and the employees there are great. Managed to buy a mid century modern chair for 2 bucks. Some real treasures if you look hard enough.

Not a large selection compared to most. The store was clean and organized.

They close the DOORS 10-20 minutes EARLIER than the store hours listed. Once inside they announce that the store is closed 10 minutes PRIOR to the actual closure. Unacceptable. Submitting a complaint with the corporate as well.

I love in there, it's clean the people are great. It was a bit empty today. But I found what I was looking for. I got my senior discount also.
