Love my facials with Brooke! I always leave so relaxed. She has become a good friend over the years and has given me such amazing results. So grateful for her and the way she transformed my skin. The other staff is always so nice and friendly. Love talking to Marissa while waiting for my service.

Great massage. Great attention to personal detail areas of importance and need. Most importantly, strong hands and good pressure. I'm a big guy, 260 pounds, 6 foot 1 so it's tough to find a person that can not only pay attention to those trouble spots, but actually give you a good, firm massage when needed.

The Massage therapists are wonderful. I've been a member since 2017. I have always booked my appoitments 4 to 6 months out. Recently several appointments have been incorrectly scheduled. I've showed up to find out the scheduling was a week off. Maybe a little training at the front desk might help.

Best massages and facials!
From the moment I walk in, atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The front staff is always welcoming!
I had such a wonderful experience with Christina for my facial! The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and hydrated—it was clear she really knows how to tailor treatments to individual needs. My full body massages from Susie are ALWAYS incredible: the perfect balance of soothing and therapeutic, with just the right pressure to release tension while still keeping me deeply relaxed.

We have been going here since they opened in 2016 (I think). Prior to that we used the Easton location, but this was closer for us.
Great setup and staff and the massages are great.
We have been using Kayla since they opened, she is top notch and we have been having massages at many places over the past 30 years. She is lovely, great personality and the pressure is adjusted to your liking. There is always a pre chat to discuss needs or areas to avoid and it is your choice of a chatty massage a quiet one or something in between. I’m usually so relaxed I fall asleep for part of it.
Rooms are well equipped, very clean and comfortable, heated table if you would like and nothing but relaxation.
Please give them a try and Kayla is highly recommended.

Love my monthly appointments! Love arriving early to relax in the lobby with my warm neck wrap. I’ve had such great experiences with everyone I’ve had for massages and facials. Love how the girls up front know my name and always remember details from previous conversations we have had. Thank you Hand and Stone!

Refused to provide services to me. I had a scheduled appointment at 1 pm my daughter called in to ask if we could move our appointment time back 15 minutes they stated we could not and they would have to charge us the full amount of the appointment so I said ok my daughter stated we were at the doctors and the appointment was running a little later the girl on the phone stated there is a 15 minute grace period my daughter and I said ok because we would be able to make the appointment with the 15 minute grace period we walked in at 1:14 and was at the desk to check in at 1:15 the lady refused service to me. My daughter stated just give us the time that is set for our appointment the rest of the service time which was still 49 minute they refused. She stated that we still have to fill the paperwork out my daughter and I said ok it only ever takes us a minute we have no real request or specific details we need them to know and they have our profiles. Do not use this place the worst people ever and the front desk girls are so incredibly rude and obnoxious. They don’t care about helping a 70 year old senior with arthritis well good luck to them and there evil ways.

I called in advance to let them know I was running late. I arrived 13 minutes late and they told me the female i requested was no longer available and that if I wanted my full service it would be with a male because I have to fill out forms and it will be past my 15 minutes grace period.
They could care less I wasn’t happy and the girl working the counter must be the owner because she turned me away and was very smug.
For one minute past the grace period after filling the forms they thought they could be cute and try and give me a man.
If the owners stands behind this treatment of customers no wonder I got a same day appointment. People must know they treat people poorly.

Just had the most incredible facial and the best scalp massage of my life with Christina. I didn’t want it to end. She’s incredibly attentive, thorough, and really focuses on what your skin needs. My face feels amazing and I left completely relaxed. You have to come see her. She is a game changer.
