My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.

I took my car in for a routine brake pad replacement, they left the car with many warning lights on because they broke or disconnected the caliper plugs. Additionally the caliper bolts were all loose and needed to be tightened. I was told they needed to order a new part to fix the issue, and they would have to charge me for it. Accidents happen, but this level of damage is unacceptable for a routine job like that.Service: General repairs & maintenance
