I cannot believe the incompetence of the Customer service desk. Went with my buddy to get a new grill for him. Looked at the already assembled ones outside. Picked one out, went inside to pay for it..Asked an employee outside if these were ready for immediate sale & pick up." Absolutely " was the answer. Went to the services...Asked again " Can we pay for it now & come back a little later w/ a pick- up truck " Absolutely was the answer, " We will put your name on it & take it to the back for when you come back " Great !! 2 hours later, our buddy with a pick up truck & the purchaser of the grill went back to pick it up...They were told by the inept person behind the counter " Oh, we don't do that. We have to order one, assemble it, & call you when it's ready". Whaaaat ? 2 people told us differently" Uh, yeaaa, we don't do it that way " If my Bud was not in a hurry, he would have stuck around to argue with a manager but he HAD to be somewhere. The Employees are also lucky I didn't go, I don't like a company that constantly screws up simple stuff...We WOULD have left with the grill....Do better Home Depot. Keep failing your customer base & you won't have any customers to screw over ..

Prepaid for an item and picked it up at customer service. Asked for my receipt to be printed because I wanted to purchase other items on the trip. Was told in a brisk manner that if I did not return the salt to the car immediately, even if I carried my receipt, that the loss prevention system would track me via video, assign it to a profile linked to my purchases, may cause me to be stopped, and they would call the police. Ridiculous, ridiculous. I’ve never stolen so much as a pack of gum in my life and this threat was needless.

The absolute worst location to go to. Every department is incompetent, nor do they really show any urgency. If you aren’t helping yourself, you aren’t getting help from a store associate. I’ve been there twice and each time, my order was messed up and had to cancel the first time, the second time I waited for 30 mins for a paint associate. Had them paged twice, and no one showed up nor did any other associate seem to care. I’ll go out of my way to Lowe’s to not have to deal with stupidity

Today wasn’t my only interaction with Barbara while checking out at the garden area but today she was the most rude. She couldn’t even acknowledge me, say hello, have a good day but she certainly had no issue listening to her story on her cell phone. I’ll just go to elsewhere from now on. She’s rude, I don’t need the negativity.

When you don't want help there's 40 people asking you can I help you when you need something you can't find nobody around then you have to go looking for them it takes you 40 minutes to find someone

Love shopping here. A great place to find things for home projects and a good place to come to when I need things for construction plumbing jobs. Unfortunately their flat bed carts sit out in the open with nothing to contain them and one put a large dent in my truck. The staff were great and helped me put a claim in with their 3rd party insurance which was expectedly denied

Not sure what was going on with my purchase of the $65 birch plywood I purchased. I had her put in my cell phone number to get my military discount and she said I was not on the books. So I said OK and went ahead and purchased it for full price. I then came back to purchase a small item, and my military discount went through. I wonder.?
Other than that experience, I’ve had great time at this particular Home Depot. I just don’t like it’s location because when you’re coming back out onto the main road, it gets very congested
Just an extra note, I am a person of color, so not sure if that has something to do with it but from my experience in coming north of the Mason- Dixon line, I have a lot of stories to tell about that. ? and they are not very good.

I have been here a few times in the last few weeks. Cashier Tony and garden associate Tom are both very friendly and helpful. Super nice store and always have what I am looking for.

Was there early in the morning, and the staff was very attentive in multiple sections. However, a big shout out to the paint department. I had a lot of questions and the staff was very helpful in suggestions and information. Once I was loading heavy things in my car, the loading assistant was very patient as we struggled to make it fit. Will definitely be back!
