It took about 2 and a half weeks to get my taxes figured out. Tax pro service almost caused a $100,000 error, which would've made me owe almost 20,000.00! I had to use another service to verify the errors and then had to wait to get it resolved. Also, it was an unpleasant experience finding out you have to pay before even viewing what was prepared. I had to pay before I could see how incorrect preparation was! H&R Block also transfered and hung up on me while trying to call in to get an answer to how a mistake like this was even made in the first place. Every answer I got from a rep was wait for your tax pro.

Have not had any bad experiences dealing with H&R Block. I've been having my taxes prepared by them for 15 years, and never any issues. They are polite, knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

I’ll never go back. I made an appointment for Friday at 11, online and I received a call to confirm that time. Thursday afternoon I received a call stating that they weren’t available at that time but could reschedule for anytime between 3-5pm. While this was a big inconvenience to me, I relented and rescheduled for their available time. I had to find a babysitter last minute, my husband could no longer come as he had work in the afternoon and I had to cancel all of the prior plans I’d made just to do taxes with their schedule. I showed up Friday, 2:50pm and waited for over 20 minutes, then the accountant came over to say he was going to be a while and could I drop my things with them to be done on their time. Absolutely not. They disrespected my time several times and I have no confidence in their ability to file taxes properly if they can’t even keep a decent schedule. So unprofessional and rude.

Very expensive just did my taxes last week still haven't gotten any notification that irs has accepted my return hope there wasent a mistake made they set him only getting 159 back just doesn't seem right lady was4nt very nice last time I ever go here
