Jian Zhang was so kind and incredibly helpful. I fell sick last year and didn't file taxes, so she helped me get up to date, through the online platform, as well as in person, even with information spanning across states. She worked with me to get the best possible financial outcome, even in the midst of handling multiple la at minute clients. She is excellent at what she does and how she relates to people!

Always room for improvement and I have never owed the Federal Government a dime from taxes till this year (53 years) The explanation for the $4K to $6K swing just doesn't jive to me. My federal withholding did go down around $3k which is another issue since my W-2 was set to 0. Not blaming H&R block I just think a better understanding of the difference would make me feel much better.
